After a bit of a mix-up, we were upgraded to a junior suite. WOW! It was definitely 5 star. Were we to go back, we would spring for that as it is very special and worth the extra cost. Our suite was on the first floor with its own garden. Very magical. Also, the breakfasts were the best we had...

Five couples stayed there for golf. Couldn't have been nicer. Andrew the owner was a stitch. Pointed out local interests and made reservations at the local restaurants as needed. Met in the parlor for drinks at night. They have extremely helpful staff. Whole experience was fun. Great breakfast each morning. Would go back again without hesitation.

Loved perryville house. We give it the highest recommendation. Andrew and Laura have pulled together a beautiful set of rooms in a picturesque setting in the town of kinsale. We had a room overlooking the Barbour with a balcony. The room was very large, with sofa, 2 comfortable high back chairs and a table and chairs on the balcony. We...

I stayed here for the first time in late April. I had read the reviews but was quite unprepared for how good it really was. I have been privileged to stay in some of the better hotels around the world but I would put Perryville up there with the best. From the moment we arrived to our leaving it was...

We loved this place. I’m already dreaming of going back someday, somehow. The hotel is located about two blocks from where the bus from Cork drops you off. You can see the hotel as you drive into town and from the bus stop, making it a very convenient location. (They also have free car parking if you need that.) It’s...

This was a truly memorable experience. This old home has been lovingly restored and it is gorgeous. As soon as we parked in front we were greeted by the funny and charming Andrew who was expecting us. Our room was beautiful - huge with antique furnishings and windows overlooking the harbor. The lobby and lounge were very welcoming with a...

My wife and I went to Kinsale over the Easter weekend and booked into the Perryville House without knowing much about it. We were not left disappointed. The room we booked provided an idea view of the harbour, and was very comfy. The ownership is great, we especially loved Andrew, who was extremely helpful on ideas, bookings and sites to...

I visited Perryville House for one evening. At the outset the welcome was warm and hospitable. The house is elegant and charming and I was given a well presented room with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of home made produce including rhubarb and honey from the garden and home made jams and bread. The...

This little inn is gorgeous. We had a Beautiful balcony from the front room. Breakfast was lovely and quite expansive. The public rooms for a glass of wine or reading were beautiful. I highly recommend.

I had little time in Kinsale. This was a lovely visit, near the water and easily reached by foot from the bus. It's down the list in ratings but I enjoyed it. It's on the water with wonderful water views.
