Sea Breeze has an excellent location and easy walking distance to town. A full Irish breakfast is NOT included in the price and the continental breakfast was very disappointing, so we were very happy not to have the full breakfast. To experience Ireland at its best, is to make sure you have an Irish host, which Sea Breeze lacked as... More

I stayed at the Sea Breeze with my wife and 9 year old daughter and was more than happy with our treatment and room over the 3 days. Fiona (the owner) went out of her way to organise boating and swimming trips for us as well as advising and recommending the best and most reasonable restaurants to eat in. Adja... More

Kinsale is a quiet fishing village except when they have their Arts Festival! Unknowingly, we arrived on the last day of the festival and had not prebooked a room. We found Sea Breeze and they had a room. The price was reasonable but then tried to add more for breakfast. When we balked at the additional amount, she immediately relented,... More

The location of this B and B is good but be warned, there is a very steep hill to climb up on the return visit if you walk Ito town. Kinsale is lovely and this B and B is close to all amenities. Rooms were pleasant and breakfast was acceptable though the breakfast room is a little small. The waitress... More

I have been going to Sea Breeze every year for the last 16 years and have found Fiona and her family extremely helpful and friendly not only to me but my son who loves going to Kinsale each year. Fiona is always very accommodating, not only organising restaurants, outings but has also at times done our washing over and beyond... More

My mother and I stayed recently at this very friendly B & B. We each had a comfortable room with everything we needed for the evening. Nadja, who manages the place, and her daughter gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our luggage and some helpful recommendations for food and drink in town. The view from the rooms... More

Five years ago my husband and I decided to take a trip to Kinsale and we came upon this welcoming family run bed and breakfast. We have now continued to return to Kinsale each summer and we now have two kids who travel with us. We love returning to Fiona's B&B. They are exceptionally welcoming and it is delightful to... Originally after my first night in this B+B I would have given a fairly good rating, breakfast ok, room fine if a little small for the price. However after going to bed with my purse on the bedside table, I awoke in the morning to find it gone complete with the 300 Euros inside. Luckily I had taken my passport... More

My friend and I stayed 2 nights - for the jazz wkend - and were made very welcome. Fiona and her staff are wonderful, helped us out with anything we required and exceeded our expectations. Very close to town centre, 3min walk...super. Little hill but don't let that deter you from booking in here:-) Fabulous coffee and a great breakfast... More
