We recently had the pleasure of staying with Noel and Deirdre in their beautiful home. We were made feel like a part of the family rather than customers. We arrived on a wet evening and we were greeted with warm smiles, nice hot pot of tea and cake! The room was stunning and of course we were delighted to know... More

Without doubt the best B&B or hotel we have ever stayed in. We have stayed here 3 times now and never want to leave each visit. Deirdre and Noel are perfect hosts who go out of their way to make you feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and extremely well fed

Great attention to detail. High standards in every way. Deirdre really knows what she’s doing, and she makes it look easy. Breakfast was fantastic (there was an abundance of some of the best homemade scones and breads in Ireland). Room was clean and very comfortable. (It was also nice being able to walk to town in 15 minutes.)

Lovely house, very nice couple running it, breakfast outside on the Sunday wasn't your standard b&b fry it was a full spread of cereal, yoghurts, freshly home made bread, pastries of all types, fresh juice, water, tea coffee x numerous refills and then full fry.. was only 180 for 5 people on dbl... A gorgeous home, comfortable and spacious room, delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts. Dierdra and Noel were fabulous hosts, I loved bantering with them, wish we were neighbors as I'd love to get to know them better. The town is just a one mile walk on a paved path, very charming town with boat tours and good restaurants. Dierdra recommended The... More

Stayed here for one night for a wedding in Carrick on shannon. Room was really spacious, clean and warm. Breakfast the next morning was very tasty. Both Deirdre and Noel were two of the nicest hosts, and even offered to give us a lift to the reception of the wedding in the town itself. The location is excellent, 2 minute... More
