First time in a B&B in Ireland. Florence our host was welcoming and her home is warm and comfortable. Room was perfect and breakfast was wonderful. Only problem was we woke up to no hot water, so showering was quick and very cold. Seems to have been a problem with the water heater. Oh well stuff happens. Would still highly...

My recent fiancée and I stayed at the Coatesland House for two nights at the end of our trip. As soon as we arrived, Florence checked us in and made us feel at home. The room was extremely clean, water pressure was good (this is a small town, so expect it to not be as strong as larger cities), beds...

Florence is the very soul of Irish hospitality! We did not make quite as many stops on our way to Adare as we had planned because it was raining heavily. Therefore, we were very early for our stay and our room was not yet ready. Florence invited us to come on in anyway and to wait in her family room...

Florence is on top of everything, and Clair right with her, to make sure you have a great stay. Winnie and Miss Ely make the stay seem like it is your own home. We had the family room for the two of u,s due to the amount of luggage. It was roomy and had everything you might need. It is...

We especially enjoyed the beautiful dining room and greatly appreciated the cheerful, efficient service of her dining room assistant. Additionally,...

Top notch hospitality. Convenient off street parking, easy walk to the village, 5 star breakfast including perfect scrambled eggs and freshly made fruit salad. Selection of six cheeses and smoked salmon were also offered. The bedroom included fresh fruit, candy, biscuits and tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a water cooler outside of the room with filtered water....

My husband and I stayed here on our way back to Dublin. It was wonderful! The weather was gorgeous so we sat outside in the lounge chairs and read books upon arrival. That evening we walked to town and enjoyed dinner with live music following. The room was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stop again!
