For's: in a great location, parking available on the street, apartment has a washing machine (huge plus) Against: Not a B & B, there is no breakfast available, wi-fi unreliable, stayed 2 nights, room not serviced.

we choose this B&B for its location in the town. We were staying for four nights. you can walk to and from the pubs downtown easily. the room was very comfortable and the host was great. the building is an old building downtown (not really a house like most B&Bs), and the history of the building was very interesting.

After checking quite a few B&B's in town and the outskirts too, Errismore was the cheapest and it didn't lack a warm welcome and a nice big comfy bed. Breakfast was by 8am which was handy because we wanted to leave early, it was a delicious breakfast. Would recommend it for people travelling on a budget. Shower was slow to...

We had the best experience, so, recommended! Why? This is our story. We were travelling by car, no booking for the night. We reached Clifden at 8pm, and the roads were closed for the traditional parade closing the street art Festival. The small city was really busy, and all places had no vacancies. After serevral ", we are fully booked",...

I was not sure what to expect reading the reviews, but I agree with those who enjoyed their stay. This B&B is centrally located in Clifden (which is a lovely location to explore all of Connemara). Errismore House has a family history and is a work of love for Susan. I was so glad that I stayed for several days...

Lots of stairs to the room. Be wary if you have a heavy case. Parking out front, if you are lucky. Musty smell on entering building. Breakfast lovely, with a warm welcome by the hostess. Peeling wallpaper in the room and bathroom so small a larger person would have trouble getting out of the shower because of the hand basin.

We stayed overnight in July and found Suzanne to be hospitable. We could park our car out front. Good breakfast but coffee was too strong. Main concerns were uncomfortable bed, very tiny bathroom and TV did not work.

The Errismore is a centrally located B&B close to restaurants and pubs in the beautiful town of Clifden. Suzann and her staff went above and beyond in the hospitality they showed us. Suzann was extremely helpful in where to eat and things to do within Clifden as well as surrounding towns. The B&B was cozy, clean, comfortable and felt like...

It was a clean place, easy to find in the town, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend that they not give away reserved rooms and keep their doors unlocked so their guests can get back in the hotel without hoping and having to wait for other guests to exit.
