Cool place, friendly staff, clean rooms, very central. The main memory I have though is I got a light off a beautiful French girl that standing outside it, only chatted briefly, saw her in lowerys bar later but the place was jammed and never got talking to her again... story of my life.. Anyways back to the hostel, worth staying...

Great location on the main street right next to the busstop. Hostel was very clean throughout, plenty of bathrooms, nice kitchen with just about everything you need. Breakfast was above average for hostel standards, beds are very comfortable (stayed in an eight bed dorm), and staff is just incredibly helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this place more!

We abandoned the third night of our camping trip and managed to get a family dorm in this hostel. The owners were personable, warm and friendly. We had use of the kitchen to cook dinner, and were happy to meet other families and smaller groups of travellers. The room and beds were clean and comfortable, and the hostel is very...

We would specially like to thank Sharon for her warm welcome. This place is really good value. You get a good place to stay in town, for a very good price ! Breakfast is good for a hostel. Maybe orange juice is missing ? We'll be back for sure. Thanks a million for a lovely stay.

We got off the bus, and the hostel was a few doors down, so that was the first pleasant surprise. Second, was the warm welcome that the hostel gave us. We spoke with a woman who got our room ready for us within 25 minutes of our arrival even though we got there WAY before check in time. With our...

I had the chance to stay overnight at this hostel but it was not a pleasant stay. The hostel management staff did not put much effort to make it a good accommodation experience. The hostel is not comfortable enough and the space is limited at the hall corridor when walking upwards to find your place. Also I did not see...

Stayed here for two nights in May for the Tour De Connemara cycle. Central location in the middle of the town. Very clean inside with good bathrooms. Beds were clean and comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and were helpful within information about the local area. Would definitely return here.

We stayed in a twin room, bunk beds, very comfortable and bed linen that smelled like they were fresh out of the wash-lovely, room was very clean, showers were in individual rooms upstairs with seperate toilets. All very clean and tidy....

Stayed here with 3 others in September '15. On the minus side..the décor is old and outdated, the kitchen is too small, there is no ventilation in the rooms so they get stuffy very easily, and the showers are in need of cleaning. On the plus side the location is central. It is possible to find far better and more...
