One of those hotels which pride themselves with lots of furnishings and thick carpets. But the way to the bedrooms were confusing - we got lost trying to find our way to room 302. Everything else was fantastic. Only downside was no wifi in the rooms.

Fresh off the plane from the U.S. and adapting to driving on the other side of the road, this hotel was very close to the airport and convenient to the sites we wanted to see in this part of Ireland. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning, and it was great to have...

Convenient to the Shannon Airport. Good place to rest after a long flight from the states. Pub food in the Carvery is substantial. Be careful or they will fill your plate. Large store a short walk away. Adjacent to N18 and N 20 highway and Bunratty Castle tourist area

Stayed in hotel with family night before flight from Shannon Airport. We booked one night with car park (3 weeks) package which was great value - 135 euro including breakfast. We were staying in family room which was very big. Hotel definitely needs some refreshing as many hotel areas look very outdated. Bathroom in the room wasn't in great shape,...

Staff was very helpful. Spacious, clean rooms. Close to airport but no shuttle. A couple restaurants within walking distance attached to a mall. Bunratty castle was only a few minutes drive. The building is very nice but old so you can hear the heavy doors slamming throughout the night. Overall would definitely reccomend for price.

We stayed one night after driving up the west coast, and decided to stay here before going up to the Cliffs of Moher the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, and a couple minute drive into the Shannon city centre. Next to the hotel is a gas station, McDonald's, aviation museum and pizza place. The hotel...

Stayed there overnight before a morning flight out of Shannon. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms and a friendly helpful staff. Very good buffet Irish breakfast with plenty of choices. There is even fresh brewed coffee which is hard to find in Ireland. No instant coffee or coffee out of a Kuerig machine. Only a couple of minutes drive to...

We LOVED this hotel. Booked it as a cheap extra night away after booking a more expensive hotel for the following night. And how sorry were we that we didnt stay here both nights! Big old hotel. Clean rooms. Cosy beds. Very big bar with lots of corners to sit in privately. Breakfast the next morning was amazing. Very tasty....

If you fly into Shannon early this is a really good place to go for a hearty breakfast before you hit the road north. Good food, good service. Only five minutes from the airport and just off the main road north.
