Just back from a lovely weekend in skibbereen stayed here in grove farm for one night in The Barn. At 1st we passed a farmyard and thought we were in the wrong place it looks a little untidy at 1st glance. But once your inside the cottages they are fantastic, lovely warm and cosy with all the amenities you could...

I read some background and reviews before booking. I don't know who had written them but they must be easily pleased. I'm not so annoyed that I'd be enthusiastic in my damning of the place or be after a refund or a rebate. No bitterness, no acrimony. But equally, I wouldn't return. My Tripper Advice to any reader would be...

We stayed in The Barn for two nights and we would highly recommend. The Barn is extremely clean and cosy and the private hot tub was great. The owners Anna and Peter were very welcoming, I honestly can not fault one thing about our accommodation and needless to say we will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay.

Stayed here 13th of Feb 2017 until 15th. Must say we were blown away with Tree house 1 that we stayed in. Inside the layout was perfect, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Good size bed and small couch and TV. A bottle of champagne and chocolate rose greeted us on the table and a note from the owners....

My partner got us 2 nights in the riverbank barn as a surprise for my 30th birthday we went at midterm in octobre. Babysitter in place we headed off first impression was good. Nice and cosy. Had no problems on first night but on second night we encountered mice in the kitchen/living room. We had done a little bit of...

Stayed in Tree House 2 for 2 nights on our honeymoon. The hot tub was amazing- I think I spent most of my time there in it! The Tree House is so warm and cosy, and has everything you need to make a bit of food. We were taking it easy though, and a lot of local takeaways will deliver...

The treehouse exceeded all of our expectations! Setting was amazing in the woods, old world charm with all of the modern conveniences. Room was warm, clean and decor just gorgeous. Three minute drive from Skibereen where we had excellent dinner in the Eldon Hotel followed by fab relaxing music in Cahalane's pub. Cannot wait to go back❤️

We just came home from the riverbank barn, we stayed for two nights, we'd previously stayed in the tree house one so decided to try out a different cottage. It was amazing, when we arrived the cottage was lovely and toasty, there was a bottle of bubbly upon arrival (probable the only downside, we paid about €360 to stay here...

Stayed as a couple in Riverbank Cottage in December. Cottage was lovely, very tidy and we arrived to a complimentary bottle of bubbly which was a nice touch. 16 degrees at the beginning of December wasn't quite the weather we'd imagined for a winter getaway but the cottage was lovely and cosy all the same. The only thing keeping the...
