This is a fabulous B&B on the Glengariff Road, within walking distance of everything in Bantry. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. The family were excellent hosts and made us feel at home, with some great tips on what to see and do in Bantry and the surrounding area.

We stayed one night in this B and B while touring through west cork. The hosts Therese and Sean were extremely kind and welcoming. We were even given tea, scones and cakes while we looked through our brochures in their sitting room. The bedroom itself was very clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was lovely and Therese was very helpful... More

Good full Irish breakfast with proper yoghurt. Big menu & so many choices of seeds & extras to add to muesli. Lovely welcome & very helpful in directing walks nearby. Easy parking in quieter part of town- very convenient.

We were made very welcome in this B&B and found it very qiet and comfortable. The room was small but comfortable, with nice bedding. The bathroom was small but well equipped. We were greeted with tea and delicious cake. This is the first lodging I have found where they facilitate recycling - much appreciated. Delicious breakfast with UNICEF approved bananas,... More

Fortunately for us we arrived early enough to find out that our reservation (through booking.com) had been lost. No one's fault, but it wouldn't have been fun to try to find something had we not arrived when we did. After 3 exhausting days in Cork City we were looking forward to sleeping in a little. No such luck. Our room,... More

Only stayed for one night but was a really nice B&B with very friendly and professional owners. We had the loft room at the top which was really for a family but was lovely and cosy and I suspect was the best room in the house. It was close enough to walk into town but we took advantage of the... More

Whilst the hostess was pleasant the accommodation was not up to 3 star standard. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms just a bottle of water which was not cold. No hairdryer in rooms. These are pretty basic requirements in 2016. The towels were quite old and sealant around shower cubicle was black. Our friends had to back... More
