Stayed in room 5, a kingsize and single room at the front of building with window overlooking Cobh harbour. Aoibhinn is an excellent hostess and Melissa a very friendly breakfast cook. I stayed there for one night. Since the beginning I felt very comfortable and welcome, the rooms are very clean and the owner very friendly. There is a living room for the guests, which invites to drink a cold beer, or a cup of tea! It was a great experience with a stunning view on the sea!

We loved this place during our short 2-night-stay for several reasons: 1. The owner Aoibhinn and her cook Melissa gave us very inspiring tips for activities and we had great conversation after breakfast with both of them - thank you very much. 2. The fantastic view - looking over Cobh Harbour (prison island and the last stopping point of the...

Only stayed in Cobh for one night, but the Ardeen B & B was perfect. We got a lovely bright and spacey double room that had a great view of the harbour. Owners Aoibhinn and Melissa could not have been nicer, with a massive feed the next morning at breakfast. What more could you want from a B & B?...

As a rule, I don't like to stay in B&B's. I usually prefer the anonymity of hotels. After deciding to stay in Cobh to go out into Cork Harbour on a boating day, I booked into Ardeen B&B, and may have had my opinion of bed and breakfasts totally changed. Here as a lone female traveller I felt at home....
