Howth is a small village where u can arrive by train or by bus if you travel from Dublin. The bus stop is 5 min walking from the hostel and the train 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful time in Howth. Sean took great care of us and have us good tips for our visits to Dublin. He also drove us to the train several times.
Our only recommendation is that water pressure in the shower be fixed.
Not luxurious but extremely good value and excellent breakfast. Sean the host was kind enough to pick me up from station. 102 bus to airport recommended, as is Eye of Island boat trip, an excellent unprentious place to stay.

We were able to get from the airport to this B&B via bus to the Sutton Dart (train) station. From there you ride one stop to Howth. Can catch a taxi from there to the B&B which is a few blocks uphill. If the weather is nice, it's a lovely walk.
