The BB can be easily found, if you use the satellite coordinates. We arrived really late and the landlady kindly left the lights on for us and was really available. The breakfast was very rich, marvellous and freshly prepared. One could choose from a menu. I would propose to choose the Irish breakfast. You can skip lunch then.

The perfect hosts Noel and Breege and what a comfortable place to stay. myself and my wife had to attend a local funeral and had come from the west,.accommodation is very scarce in the blackrock area, this place was recommended by a local pub..we were very well looked after and we would highly recommend it.

Very comfortable room although beds a tad small for 2 adults. Noisy hallway due to wooden floor everywhere. Excellent double glazing so no noise from the road outside. Wonderful breakfast and lovely host. Rooms were warm and comfortable and offered everything needed for a peasant stay.

Fairlawns was a lovely place to stay, and nothing was too much trouble! Our party of people changed quite a lot for an event we ran, and they were only too pleased to help. Noel & Briege are saints...and the breakfast was WONDERFUL! Just stay yourself and see....

Briege & Noel run a great B&B. The property is purpose renovated as a B&B so the layout is good with large rooms, good sized breakfast room. Grounds are well kept and peacefull. This property is well suited for longer stays as well as an overnighter. Highly recommended.

Stayed there because of event that I had to attend at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (just 2 minute drive, you may walk there). The small Bed & Breakfast is just excellent, the owners are extremely nice. Breakfast is wonderful. One of the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Hostess was kind and gracious. Brought us bottles of cold water. Wifi with strong signal. Breakfast room was bright and cheerful and many choices for breakfast. Nice neighborhood pub, Sexton House just a wee bit down the road. Had great food -delicious fish & chips, in a warm friendly atmosphere.

Upon our arrive Briege made us feel so welcome like home from home. There was nothing that she wouldn't do to help from reccomending a resturant to calling a taxi. Everything was so clean & tidy, spacious room and an ensuite to our room. This only contained a shower, toilet & sink but for those who wanted a bath, there...
