Needed a place close to Cashel and this place popped up and its a great little stop off. The B& B run by Liam and Pattsie is so central and they made us feel very welcome - Liam is a great one for Irish history and especially good with local knowledge and has been involved with a lot of local...

Loved this place and these people! The couple is so lovely and chatty, ready to share history and information. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable immediately. Our room was nicely sized and very homey. The bathroom was biggest of any b&b's we've stayed at yet. Shower was a bit small, but exactly like any other you might experience...

Both hosts are very friendly people but I feel like we were really given the worst room of the b&b. We were on the top floor next to a family room that had a bathroom across the hall, which was adjacent to the wall in our room as well. We had to listen to people going to the toilet all...

Stayed in Tinsley house in Jul 2014. It was very nice and the hosts are very welcoming people. I would recommend this to anyone considering a visit to Cahir. The location is excellent also as it is right in the heart of the town.

We have recently spent 3 nights in this B&B and could not be more satisfied. Liam & Patricia were so welcoming from the first meeting it felt as if you were visiting family or very close friends. Our room was spacious, the breakfasts were full of variety and large. Advice on your chosen activity was comprehensive as if you were...

Excellent stay here in August 2013. Great room and superb breakfast. The hosts were knowledgeable about the local areas and offered many suggestions that enhanced our trip. Our rooms were neat and clean. The bathrooms were also well kept and clean. I would stay here again.

Liam is very nice and welcoming, and the house was the most charming of the trip. It has a lot of character. Not a lot of water pressure, or electricity, but much character! Cahir was just a one night stay on the way to the coast.

Lovely evening and night spent in Cahir. Very welcoming at Tinsley House, with its themed rooms linked to the history of the area. Secure overnight parking under cover for the bicycles. A fine breakfast too, to set us up for the 84km laden-pannier ride ahead of us.

My recent stay at the Tinsley House B&B was wonderful! From the moment I arrived until I left I was catered to my every needs. The owners went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and more. Tea and coffee were always available in the tea room and fresh linens were provided to me each...
