We stopped by the Wild Atlantic Lodge, home of The Wildflower Restaurant on our way back from the Cliffs of Moher. We ordered a Sirloin steak and Grilled Sea Bass. The food was exceptional, both the dishes and the dessert. In our 12 days in Ireland, this was far and away our best meal. No suggestions on how to improve...

We had a very nice dinner is this quiet town where hardly any other place was open. Luckily, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even better, the food was very good. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My fiancee booked a superior room for us as we were meeting family there for the weekend. I am on the mend after suffering from a heart attack. On arrival we were given the keys only to find it was the Deluxe room. I went down to the reception and the manager told me the rooms were of the same...

I am sorry that you felt you were so wronged. The room you were allocated was a superior room but you are right that the photograph on the Website was different . This has since been rectified. The room you received was a brand new room , new carpet, curtains , furniture, lighting and a brand new super king size bed....

The rooms were newly renovated, the restaurant was great, and the pub was very traditional. Couldn't ask for much more! Breakfast was the traditional fare but they were attentive throughout. The only complaint, and it was minor, is that whatever they used to clean the bathrooms left a bit of an odor for a few hours. All-in-all, if you're bringing...

We stayed here prior to a planned ferry trip to the Aran Islands. It's a very small town but the hotel was nice and the restaurant was good. The restaurant was very modern looking and the pubs were great. The rooms are small - what you would expect and a bit tight for a family for more than one night.

We were there on a wedding trip and it had literally just been refurbished so a few teething problems with the rooms, but on the whole it was a nice place to stay and the staff were extremely friendly. Good breakfasts and the bar had lots of atmosphere. Think they need to put heated towel rails in the bathrooms but...
