Stayed her for one night. Not exactly the ritz but friendly and welcoming. Got the impression it's in a state of transition which would explain the lack of investment. Staff are very good, natural and friendly. Food isn't bad either and keenly priced. Would stay again. P.s location is excellent. Nice and quite.

Once again our welcoming and friendly staff gets a well deserved comment. They are indeed our greatest asset as we look to continue growing our business. Our location is perfect with just a 3 minute walk to the famous Kilkee bay promenade and award winning beach.

The bed was badly made. There was no wifi. The room smelled strongly of varnish. The bathroom was unnecessarily poky. More than that, we called ahead twice to confirm the times in Darbys Restaurant for the early bird menu. We were told two different times so when we checked in, we asked again at reception. However, when we got to...

I read with interest your comments on your recent stay which was remarkably similar to another recent comment. While we will always take criticism on the chin so to speak as we seek to continuously improve it would appear that in this case we need to respond differently. I am perplexed how you could find our bar offer as substandard...

I stayed here for a weekend with my 2 daughters. The staff are so friendly and obliging and the management should be very proud of them. When I was leaving I asked if someone could lift my bag into my car and the lady on reception immediately came out with me and took my bag, she was so nice. Nothing...

I stayed here last weekend with my boyfriend. It was an enjoyable experience and worth every cent of the dealrush voucher. However if we had paid full price I would have been disappointed. Pros: 1) Staff warm and friendly 2) Breakfast nice 3) Short stroll to beach but the name is misleading as the hotel is not overlooking the sea...

The hotel is about a five minute stroll to Kilkee's Main Street and another couple of minutes to the fabulous beach. We stayed in room 201, the Bridal Suite, and found it clean and functional. The bed was comfy and we had no noise issues from adjoining rooms. The bathroom is small with a shower over the bath (shower was...

Thank you for your excellent review of our property. We continue to work hard on our services and product as we look to create one of the friendliest and most welcoming hotels along the Wild Atlantic Way. Our only blemish seems to have been breakfast service being a little hap hazard on one morning which I have spoken to our...

We stayed here for one night and the hotel had just reopened that day after refurbishments. The staff at reception were very welcoming and our bags were carried up for us. We had a lovely dinner in the bar that night (compliments to the chef) and breakfast was also very good. The only issue we had was that conversations in...
