Owner very helpful in securing us another place to stay as he was fully booked and we had just experienced the worst B&B in youthful. He sent us to Clonvilla which was so accommodating and clean. Thank you x

Avonmore House is a beautiful bed and breakfast. The house is two minutes from the beach and harbour and forms part of the old monastery. The house itself is stunning, well maintained and an experience in itself. Staff friendly and helpful and the full Irish is up there with the best. Rooms comfortable and spacious with great showers. What a fantastic spot, very charming and the owners John and Eileen are so nice and helpful. The full Irish breakfast was delicious. I can't remember the dogs name but loved the morning belly rubs. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting or passing through Youghal. Very nice beach and boardwalk up the road is a must on...

We had a long day in the saddle and were looking forward to our Stop over. This B&B is in the heart of Youghal and central to all amenities. Parking is off road and plenty of places to park. Our room, which was on the third floor was nicely furnished, clean and had views out over the front which gave...

Wow, where can I start with good things to say about this place... John and his wife went above and beyond for myself and my little 5 year old daughter when another establishment cancelled our booking with no notice. No only were they super friendly but the breakfast was superb. This homely, helpful b and b gets top marks from...

Avonmore house is run by hosts who were patient, friendly and knowledgable about the area. We had a good breakfast there as well, and we were pleased to find ample parking in front. A good place to stay in a interesting little town. We found it to be good value for money.

My wife and I arrived on short notice and were greeted very warmly. The room was great, the staff very friendly and we felt very comfortable there. They gave great advice on where to walk our dog and for onward travel. Highly recommend.
