On our last night in Ireland we wanted to stay close to the Shannon Airport, but still in the country. We searched and decided to stay at Briar Lodge in Bunratty. Trish met us and took us to our rooms and showed us the dining area and sitting area. She is a lovely lady, very friendly and kind. Her B&B,...

We spent one night with Trish and what a wonderful little B&B, great Irish Breakfast. Our room was very nicely furnished, well decorated and very comfy bed. Best of all was something we had not found in any of our other B&B - a curling iron.... it made my day! Trish was a wonderful sweet host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Briar Lodge! Trish was super friendly and informative and her breakfast is superb! We happened to be the only guests there at the time so we may have gotten some extra attention :) She gave us the family room so we had plenty of space to spread out our luggage. Even though we didn't...

Our stay was fantastic. The room was large and spacious - with an excellent bathroom size. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and had a variety of side options to go along with the main course. Trish was very welcoming and had great tips for the rest of our travels!

Briar Lodge is lovely. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the garden, lovely. The entire family was impressed with the hospitality and graciousness of the owner. Breakfast was delicious. She accommodated us a half hour early to ensure we were at the airport on time. We highly recommend the Briar Lodge. It is convenient to the Shannon Airport.

Our visit to Briar Lodge was at the end of a 10 day vacation. We had to fly out the next morning so it was short in duration. However, the Lodge was immaculate, the bedrooms were good sized, and the beds were comfortable. The proprietor was very nice and super helpful giving us information about places to eat and things...

Convenient Bed and Breakfast for both touring Bunratty Castle and getting to the Shannon Airport. We enjoyed touring the castle and ate at a pub near there. Some of us took a taxi back but others walked back to the B & B. The rooms were clean and bright and the owner very helpful. Breakfast was very good and served...
