Our family stayed in the cottages which was outstanding as an accommodation. Felt at home with all the updated trappings. The staff was courteous especially the bell hop who ran up about 100 stairs to meet our van to help unload even after offered him a ride. The outdoor hot tub and pool were very relaxing right on the cliff....

We re visited this hotel in October last year. Our second experience here was fantastic. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view. Food was amazing and overall the atmosphere for October was brilliant. Staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and very sincere. A Special mention for Fiona is who really is the life and soul of the hotel. We cannot...

Booking.com did such a disservice in booking this hotel for us. They had already closed for the winter season when the booking was made. So after I drove from Dublin to Ballybunion, I was quite tired and disappointed that we had no place to stay. Then we found someone actually locking the door and he was quite the saint and...

There were a few "new faces" among the young staff, but they had already learnt to "go the extra mile", so no change there! It makes such a difference, when on holiday, to know you can rely on a team of people to do...

Check-in was very easy and welcoming. Maggie and the ladies in the pub were very helpful and accommodating. We were always greeted warmly. The food was very good and the pub was great too. The room was basic but all we needed. It was clean and quiet. A great stay

Stayed here over the summer while checking out the wild Atlantic way and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Had lovely room with Seaview which cost a bit extra but was well worth it. Food was a real highlight for me. I ate in the bar the first night. Great homemade burger with all the trimmings. After discovering the restaurant...
