We recently had the pleasure of staying at The 19th Lodge and playing golf at Ballybunion all of which was arranged by James and Mary Beasley. The accommodations, breakfast and service by the Beasley's was outstanding. Highly recommend it. R Davis

located about 1/4 mile from ballybunion golf club...what a great experience. owners mary and james are the quintessential inn owners; incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering us rides in and out of town when cabs were not available. The home-cooked breakfast was the best I've had. The rooms are incredibly clean and the showers great. Only a short distance from...

My husband, our three kids and I stayed with James and Mary for only one night, but it was a highlight in our two week trip to Ireland. My husband is a big golfer and has long dreamed of playing Ballybunion Golf Course. He did (loved it), which left me and my three children to keep ourselves busy. James and...

I and my three sisters accompanied my 90 year old mother back to her birthplace in County Kerry. Having stayed with James and Mary on another occassion returning to their warmth and hospitality was such an easy choice. The attention and care they provided, made our stay wonderful. Indeed, we were not visitors, we were family. Mom was delighted as...

You can't choose a better spot to stay in Ballybunion, Ireland. Mary and James are so welcoming and friendly. I felt like I knew them forever. The Lodge is wonderful, the rooms were good size, very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was so welcoming after a day of golf. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and the...

My Mom (90) treated my 3 sisters and me to a trip to Kerry where she was born. We have stayed in the 19th Lodge many times before but this is the first time I am writing about it. Our high expectations have been exceeded each time we stayed with Mary and Jim Beasley. The Beasleys have been in the...

My party of 4 stayed here during a golf trip for two nights. I only wish it had been longer! The Beasley's treat you like family, the food is great and the WiFi strong! Its right across the street from 36 holes of Ballybunion golf and near Tralee. Tom Watson stays here often. A+.

This was our last stop on a beautiful Irish vacaton and we could have stayed forever. Mary and James go out of their way to make your stay perfect. It was my husband's birthday while we were there and Mary booked a dinner for us overlooking the castle and ocean and made sure that they knew it was his birthday.....

All 7 of our group had a great time at The 19th Lodge. The hospitality and comfort made me feel like I was visiting a relative's home, but without the relatives, win - win! James' breakfast spread, simply awesome. Quiet at night, like spending a few days on the farm, but with 36 world-class golf holes next door. Mary took...

The rooms were great but the hospitality was even better. Mary and Jim are incredible hosts who arranged dinners, cabs and everything else we needed. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are large with plenty of hot water. The breakfast served by Mary was delicious. It was a pleasant experience staying at The 19th Lodge and I would highly...
