We only stayed here for one night. We were greeted by three very friendly 'lassie ' dogs.,and welcomed warmly by Alan who was standing in for his poorly mum. He offered us tea or coffee and made recommendations for local dining. Our room was at the back of the house with views over the countryside and distant hills. It was...

We stayed on night as we were meeting family for dinner in Parkers I Riverstown. Minnock's is a good bit out of town but taxi's are relatively cheap. Room was clean but a little dated. Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of food and good fresh toast and brown bread.

The hostess, Veronica, was extremely nice and helped me, a weary traveler, feel at home. To me it was a true authentic Irish experience. The Irish breakfast was really good. Nothing to complain about. Great hospitality.

Location is fab and the 3 collies were always ready with a warm welcome too. Our room was twin bedded with en-suite and TV. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room and Veronica...
