We had dinner in the hotel that evening and the steak was fantastic. We stayed on a Saturday night and were entertained at the bar by...

We had been staying in Westport for the weekend and we travelled over to Clifden enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. We decided to stop at the Leenane Hotel for our evening meal. It is overlooking Killary harbour and the view was beautiful. It was very busy in the hotel with lots of people about. We went into the...

This was a nice hotel across from the sea. My friend and I had been biking all day so went and had a seaweed bath that was really relaxing. The hotel was clean and service was good. We ate at the restaurant and it was good food. The best salted caramel tart I have ever had in my life.

Excellent hotel with genuine character and history in a very scenic location - and reasonable prices compared to others in the West. A former British king and queen stayed there in the room directly above reception facing out onto the fjord. The food is local and amazing, as is the bar and the Guinness! Staff and service 100 per cent!...

Highly recommend this to anyone who has 3 or 4 nights available. we went on a 4 night stay, which included a free nights B and B because we arrived on a Sunday. Also included 3 x 5 course gourmet evening meals, all of which were outstanding - although would have preferred a bit more variety with the desserts. All...
