I've read a couple of bad reviews in this hotel, but as for me, when I had my homecoming event last October 2016 and March this year in Mamburao and had to stay in La Gensol, I experienced an amazing service during my stay. The staffs were very relaxed and accommodating. The rooms were all renovated so basically it looked...

Stayed one night. It's a simple hotel, p1400 per night, no fuss for check-in and check-out. Aircon and bathrooms are dated but functional. 3rd floor is under the roof, which heats up quite a bit. Try for a 2nd floor room :) rooms are decent size. We had breakfast and dinner in their restaurant, which was good quality and tasty.

I saw lots of bad reviews specially about the "rude lady owner" but i didnt experienced this. I arrived in the hotel and was greeted by the receptionist. The price list that she showed us was good, they even showed us the room before we check in. The room that we picked just got renovated - so i guess this...

The room is fine for me, strong Air conditioner . Some of the Hotel Staffs are friendly. The only thing that really turned me off was the old lady owner. She's really rude. She doesn't know how to talk with the customer. No Customer Service at all! Traveller's is better when it comes to customer service and they are polite.

We are on our way to Pandan Island when we decided to take our lunch in this hotel. Being a group of 9 including a vegetarian Indian, we experienced a very poor service. We are really starving so we asked what is the fastest food to prepare, the frowning waitress told us that grilled fish and chopsuey is easy to...

In a small town with limited amount of hotels (I counted 2), this one is probably the best option. One can find a room with aircon, in some there is hot water and there is a restaurant with food at acceptable prices. The rooms at the back are rather quiet.

It was an average hotel. The thing that really turned me off was the old lady owner. Damn she was rude! My whole stay she talked to me like I was a stupid person and take note, one time she was cutting her nails off while talking to guests. Her staff was nice though. And the food was delicious!

When I was assigned for an Official Business in Mamburao, I had a hard time looking for a place to stay in because there were only a few hotels with reviews and the best I could find was La Gensol. This is located in the National Road so it was easy for us to find it even though we were...

For those venturing into the sparesly populated, but gorgeous province of Occidental Mindoro and venture further south than Puerta Galera, this is a viable alternative in the small town of Mamburao. It is not fancy. It cost around 1400 pesos a night for two persons. There was hot and cold water and air conditioning. The place was dated, but clean....
