We want to provide a fantastic peacefull experience in our pool garden oasis. Baan Sabaaidee is a 15 studio room Hotel just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Hua Hin beach. All 15 charming studios are very comfortable and relaxing with a private terrace / balcony on swimming pool and garden side. We have 2 type of rooms ; Studio ground floor , And comfort double room second floor . All rooms have a king size bed, sofa , air condition, fan, microwave, refrigerator, hot water cooker, toaster , lcd tv, cable, safety box . Free WiFi internet all area. Baan Sabaaidee is the ideal place for people who like to organize their holiday them self. We speak English, Thai and Dutch. Supermarket, restaurants Thai / Seafood / Europe Food, taxi, scooter rentals in a few minute' walk. Close by markets Cicada and Tamarind . Public transport to Hua Hin center ( 6 km ) only Thb 10,- .Baan Sabaaidee is south from Hua Hin center . Close by golf course Banyan and Sea Pine .

We have Just spent 8 nights at baan sabaaidee in khao takiab and wish I had booked more nights here! A well maintained wonderful peaceful hotel near to amenities and beach. The grounds and rooms are spotless and owners and staff superb. They cannot do enough to help and advise you if you ask. Jan went out of his way to hire a car for us when we were unable to find anything and stayed around to make sure all was ok. I cannot fault this hotel in any way and cannot praise it enough. First trip for me to Hua Hin especially to kite surf as this is a kite hotspot in Thailand. Baan Sabaaidee is a typical Thai resort settled in a beautiful garden a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the whole green setting of the resort. Almost all rooms are situated around the pool and luckily this is not a high rise building. All rooms have a big terrace where you can relax and enjoy the garden view. Rooms itselves are very big and spotless clean with all amenities you can wish yourself. Very friendly and nice staff. Shops and restaurant are a 3 minute walks. And indeed it will only cost you 10 bath to reach the city center of Hua Hin with a shared minibus which can be reached in a 5 minute walk. Will definitely go back again. Super place …

Have just had six days at this excellent hotel. The room was large spotlessly clean and maintained that way by the excellent staff. The swimming pool is a good size. The premises are situated in a quiet lane and within 200metres of nearby restaurants. Access to Hua Hin centre by 10 baht local bus is from the nearby terminus which is a ten minute walk from the hotel Everything about these premises is first class and provides a relaxing and quiet environment . Nice Hotel. We have a lot fun. Very quiet and nice tropical garden.near central and near the beaches.We rent scooters and go around Hua Hin and in the evening we eat in very nice restaurants nearby in walking distance from this resort.

Only too hot water in shower. The room with pool view on Booking is a roof view. Loud music every evening just near till midnight so even if your too far away from the shops it's not quiet Lots of stray dogs around

Dear Siro z , Sad to hear that you not enjoy your stay .But why you not tell me about the broken / hot water unit ? Next thing thank you for the misleading photo from your view , But again why you not ask for an other room ? The loud music was until 10.30 pm and came from a married party and that is in Thailand not only one day . Lots of Stray dogs ? the few dogs we have here in the whole street do nothing . Great location just away from the beach hype and lovely little pool area that is secluded Owners are very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the construction going on that was noisy at 8am, although didn't really disturb too much Overall a great place

This hotel is situated approx. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars are nearby. The surroundings are nice and quiet but yet you are near all conveniences. The swimmingpool is clean and is situated in the middle of the (lovely) garden. Rooms are around this whole area. The rooms are clean, fair sized (2 variaties) and every day new towels are provided. The hotel has an ‘adult only’ policy. This means that in principle no (little) children are allowed in. It is best to phone the owners beforehand to check whether your children are old enough. HuaHin centre is nearby. Take the hop on-hop off bus (10 bath pp) and you are in the shopping centres/centre of town in approx. 10 minutes. This is one of the few quality small hotels (approx. 17 rooms) in the area. Price per room is very competitive. We expected to stay here for one week but decided to extend our stay to 3 weeks. No regrets!! …

We stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year and found it an ideal place. Good sized pool with plenty of sunbeds. Excellent WiFi and TV in the apartment. Very clean and serviced daily with fresh towels. Owners were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction to hire a moped. Gave good recommendations for restaurants and we took their advice and went to the local beach for the fireworks display on New Years Eve which was excellent. Apartment well equipped and a good size. They even supplied an iron for me to use. Very relaxing and highly recommended
