We had a fabulous time. Hotel clean and well equipped. Thomas Cook Full Board plus was excellent value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly, food was plentiful and although there was a set menu (with choices) they would happily do something else if asked. We had a garden room which comfortably held 3 of us and was quiet. Reception...

I have just returned from a week in this hotel which I really enjoyed. We were not overly keen on selection of food but we didn't loose any sleep over it. Some staff need training e.g the younger. Other than that all was fine.

We travelled to this area of Italy as a group of 50 with the Travel Department in the second week of September. We found the hotel perfectly adequate to our needs. It was clean and comfortable with good functioning a/c, and although the room seemed small to begin with it had everything needed for a week's stay, and we have...

Stayed in September with Travel department. Hotel is clean - room was average if that. Paid for a view of the sea and it was fantastic - but there is a very busy road on that side of the hotel and traffic noise was annoying. Food - Got a menu every night for the next evening 3 starters, 3 mains...

We stay at the Moon Valley the first week of Sept. Our room was ok but nothing extra, no tea making etc. The bathroom needed updating and the towels were like tea cloths. The food was very average. the hotel had beautiful outdoor seating areas and dining areas upstairs but we had to eat breakfast and lunch in the basement....

We travelled as part of a Travel Department group in August 2016, it was our first trip with this company although some of our fellow holidaymakers had used them 3 or 4 times and we would happily recommend them. Well organised, good value with interesting excursions. We read the mixed reviews of this hotel prior to departure so were a...

My booking reservation confirmed a single room with a balcony. I was not provided with this but allocated a very small room with a narrow window and some facilities not working, although repaired quickly on request. Its location is on a very busy main road with a narrow pavement and no safe method of crossing. Almost no facilities in close...

The hotel was beautiful with the swimming pool and surroundings fantastic. However, thats where it stops. The hotel room was lacking essentials; no kettle, no soap. A double bed was requested in the room but instead we were giving two single beds squished together. Breakfast was unusual. Bread and fruit were the supplied and an an usual fry that was attempted...

This hotel is lovely. As mentioned below, if you are in tour 40's and don't fancy kids clubs, clubbing and drunk teens - this is the place! Pool area is beautiful, clean with lots of different areas to lie down on top quality, non plastic loungers. The foyer is lovely, lifts and rooms clean and we'll maintained. Bedroom and bathroom...
