Had a wonderful 2 night stay in September as part of our honeymoon. Beautiful location and rooms along with wonderfully attentive staff. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel mainly due to the fantastic little restaurant at the end of the lane by the hotel, which is well worth visiting if you stay at the hotel. A great rooftop jacuzzi and relax area with views of the bay was a nice extra.

We chose this hotel at the recomendation of our son who had stayed 4 years ago and loved it. We have travelled extensively by car around Europe the last 20 years, staying at 4* and 5* hotels and this is one the best hotels we have stayed. The fotos at their site do not make it justice, the rooms are much prettier. We booked a superior room with sea view, the view was worth the extra cost. It was quite comfortable and the clever arrangement of furniture made it look quite spacious. The bathroom had a jakuzzi, but I liked to sit at the verandas so I did not have time to use it. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast at the veranda watching the sea and Naples. There was no buffet due to covid measures, so they brought bread, croissant, cheese and sweets at the table and we could pick warm food (eggs etc.) from the menu. Delicious. We had lunch at the bar veranda, under the blossoming boucemvilliae and dinner at both of their resaurants. Excellent. Staff was very polite and friendly and service was quick and efficient. The garden, although small, is most interesting to roam around. We spent a nice time at the swimming pool. It is rather small, I do not know how it is when there are plenty of quests there. The sea is 115 steps below and I found it rather uninviting. The village around the hotel is worth a stroll. We had a car so we did not depend on local transportation. Sorrento, Costa Amalfitana, Pompei and Naples are not far away. If again in the area, we will definatelly stay here again.

Not a five stars hotel at all, bad service, small rooms, ok view and dirty. Would not recommend the hotel. Only for the wine menu, prices and choices are fair. Very unfortunate. They are blaming COVID... a poor excuse and not at the level of SLH standard. A ripp-off.

This is definitely not a 5* standard!! We made a mistake in the cooking and ended up in a super small room! The standard rooms are definitely not 5*!!! Ridiculous size and standard for the prize. Luckily after a lot of discussions we could upgrade. Late check-out not possible. Also this is not 5*! We were seated at a used table with a dirty table cloth for breakfast and had a toe nail in our bed :( just disgusting! The staff is really unfriendly and plays stupid wherever they can because they are lazy and zero service oriented. The cherry on the cake was a wedding with super loud music and guests all night long and our room being located right atop the event room! No one told us before and they could have given us a room more far away from the wedding from the beginning while booking wedding guests right above the party instead!! Insane bad service and hotel! Never again! Especially on regard to service, price and standard….
