We stayed for one night, also using the clinic for a full body massage and eating at the restaurant. The room and service were both excellent, simple luxury with attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone and would love to return!

Afternoon tea as a treat for my Mum and Hampton Manor exceeded our expectations. The Parlour is a very restful, gracious setting, with beautiful views of the grounds.Great attention to detail, and we were served a delicious mix of savouries - sandwiches, vol au vents, 3 sorts of scones - beautifully cooked, also brownies, macaroons etc. Liked the touch of...

Immediate reaction when checking in was so good. They did not ask for my credit card. You cannot imagine how good that makes you feel, they trust you, they think you are a real, person, not just a means of turnover. Then the rest of my short stay showed how well they treat guests. Only one slight criticism is that in...

Visited here for a champagne tea with a friend to celebrate reaching a big birthday. On arrival we were shown into the Parlour, which is a very beautifully decorated room, high ceiling, large windows overlooking the grounds and all done out in lovely lilac colours. We were brought our glasses of champagne which was lovely and got us in the...

As previous reviewers have said, beautifuly decorated hotel in a lovely setting. But was hugely disappointed to be woken up at 8am on a Sunday morning to drilling and circular saws going off due to construction work at the hotel right outside our room. When you pay this much for a hotel room, this is the last thing you expect......

A grand and historic building set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, Hampton Manor has been impressively refurbished and is the perfect mix of traditional and modern. We visited for a champagne afternoon tea and although half an hour early for our booking we were greeted warmly upon arrival and shown to our table in the Parlour. A light and airy...

Room was comfortable and spacious (it was the second cheapest room option). A few scuffs on the walls here and there but nothing major. We had the 7 course taster menu and it was altered to cater for us being vegetarian. We eat out regularly and often in Michelin star restaurants (and find that quite often the more Michelin stars...

Stayed here with work for 4 days. The setting is divine in a beautiful English village. The rooms are wonderful and luxurious on a different level. The staff were great and the food was delicious! I'm already looking forward to the next visit in early 2016!!

We visited for a recent family birthday knowing that Peels has a good reputation. From the get go Hampton Manor/Peels didn't disappoint....the welcome was superb, the lounge/conservatory an interesting and stimulating venue to take pre-dinner drinks, the waiting staff engaging, responsive and witty and the food absolutely stunning. The staff were really flexible and helpful and the overall experience was...
