My wife and I stayed at Udman Greater Noida recently and had a very positive experience! Our room, the hotel lobby and Urban Kitchen restaurant were all excellent! But what stood out for us was that the hotel management and staff went all out to make our stay comfortable! The managers - Mr. Deepak (F.O.) Mr. Gagnesh (Housekeeping), Mr. Sanjeev Ghosh & Rohit (both from F&B/ Restaurant) took the time to interact with us and ensure that all our needs were well taken care of. Bhuvan & the other restaurant staff were also extremely courteous and prompt with their service. Replacing the curtain of our room; preparing special meals (healthy, very tasty) for us; etc. are just some examples of how the hotel team is so very customer-centric and made sure that we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! One of the best hotel in greater noida just near to yamuna expressway, all arrangements like rooms, washrooms, breakfast and other amenities are outstanding. Staff behavior was also cool and calm.
