Absolutely magical place. John and Sue are very pleasant hosts, they do a great job at keeping you fed and the safari style tents are roomy and comfortable, and good at keeping you dry. The views are amazing also....you don't need tv or computers when you have natures tv right in front. Very pleasant and worthwhile.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Silk Pavillions. Lovely accomodation, clean, comfortable and everything we had hoped for. Sue and John were very helpful and we also enjoyed an amazing 3 course dinner on the butterfly deck. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

As soon as we drove into Silk Pavilions we couldn't help but feel like we stepped off the treadmill, starting from the warm and friendly greeting to the spectacular scenery. We found ourselves relaxing immediately and our stay in the Thai Villa was extremely comfortable, excellent facilities and Sue and John's service impeccable. Then there was the food-adjectives like delicious, delectable, superb only...

Three times I've stayed and the fourth will be mandatory. Sue and John need to share their talent and associated skills with the hospitality industry. I cannot find a fault in their manner and regime. The welcoming sincerity shines through and during one's stay, they are always gracious and caring. The venue offers three different styles of accommodation and each...

Thanks John and Sue for a sumptuous gourmet dinner served under the stars and sharing your beautiful eco-paradise with us. Our Daughter gave us a voucher for a night in the Thai Pavillion for our 40th wedding anniversary, a perfect gift and a perfect night. Glorious !

Spent two nights in the Thai Pavilion. Sue and John were very friendly and accommodating hosts. The Thai pavilion is close to the main house but still maintains a lot of privacy , even the outdoor bath . I highly recommend the Host's dinner on one of your nights and the hot breakfast option is delicious too. Would love to...

Thanks for the kind words, we do appreciate travellers spending there valuable time with us and try to make it as pleasant as possible. We recently spent a few months away and have gathered some amazing new food ideas from Indonesia and some spices from Jordan and the middle east. Would love to share them with you at some future...

Having not visited the Silk pavilions before the drive to the area and map directions are fantastic. On this occasion we took the glamping option and on arrival was met by the host who were very friendly and welcoming. All luggage was taken down to your room with good instruction provided. The glamping tent and amenities were clean and tidy....

Thanks for taking the time to review Silk Pavilions. Sue and I were away for a few months visiting our grand kids (very cute, and we have pictures). We put the business in hibernation, now we are back and have just completed a detailed rejuvenation. Would love to have you back. I see you loved the host dinner well now...

Sue and John are a lovely couple and hosts that looked after us during our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful and very delicious 3 course meal with fantastic views. Glamping at its best with Nature and electric blankets for winter and the gorgeous winter sun during the day. A well deserved rest for us both thank you to our beautiful...

Our first Glamping experience and we both loved it so much. Very posh, timber polished floors, sheepskin rugs the lot. Fabulous views, the scenery is mind blowing. Lots to do. Well be back. Just loved glamping.

We have just come back to reality after a very relaxing time had in the Thai Pavilion. Unfortunately, the owners, Sue and John were not there, but nevertheless we felt truly cared for. I loved the "natural" sinks and the views are to breathtaking from veranda The peace after being in a city is so noticeable as are the stars...
