We enjoyed the location and the owner. She gave us a history of her home and what life was like growing up Doolin. We wish there would have been a chair in our room with a reading lamp. My husband loved his breakfast of smoked salmon and eggs.

Recently a group of six (three couple) enjoyed a one night stay at Riverside Cottage. We could not have a better experience. Breda and her daughters were excellent hostesses. The house which was built in 1882 has been recently remodeled. It is beautiful inside and out!! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent. O´Connor´s pub with...

We visited here back in March and we had a group of four. Breeda and her daughters were great hosts. The rooms are very clean and we had a great breakfast. They also were very helpful in planning the next leg of our trip. Walkable to the pub at night for some great irish music, close to cliffs and to...

My grandmother and I recently traveled to Ireland for a 10 day tour. During our tour, we stayed in mostly B&Bs and our stay at Riverside Cottage in Doolin was by far the best of them all. The owner of the property, Breeda, was incredibly accommodating and she and her daughter keep the B&B in tip top shape. I was...

Nice large sitting room with Fireplace, large screen tv and plenty of books to read. Breeda and her daughter Ann are a delight. By far the best B&B ever! King size bed with large bathroom, double ensuite and a triple room. Right at the bridge in Doolin, Ireland

Riverside Cottage is fine if you are looking for a no-frills B&B. Pros: The location is great - 10 minutes' drive from the Cliffs of Moher and a short walk to O'Connors Pub (which was wonderful). The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. The owner, Breida, was friendly. Cons: The room was right by the front door so...

Riverside Cottage was so pretty! The cottage was very, very clean. The owner and her daughter were so helpful and kind. We arrived on a very rainy day. They helped us to plan a hike along the Cliffs of Moher which is very close. We walked across the river to pick up the shuttle which took us to the visitors...

Breda runs a fantastic operation in Doolin. The B&B is a short walk to the shops and O'Connors pub and a longer walk to McGanns and McDermotts or a short drive if the weather is dodgy. No issues at all. The facility is clean and bright with a wonderful breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. For dinner you MUST...

This B&B is lovely! The owner, Breda, and her family/staff were wonderful while we stayed at this cottage. A stone's throw from shops, restaurants, and Gus O'Conners Pub which was the best live traditional folk music we heard during our entire trip in Ireland. You can also walk to the port and catch a ferry to the Aran Islands or...

We stayed here our first night in Ireland, and it was such a good intro! Breda and her daughters are fabulous, made sure we had all that we needed and then gave us suggestions on how to spend the next two days in the area, including supplying us with maps! They were so gracious! It's a 2 minute walk to...
