A group of us stayed in Doolin hostel for our surfing weekend. First off, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Secondly, the rooms were some of the best hostel rooms that we have stayed in. Very nicely furnished, great facilities, and a powerful shower. I would recommend the hostel to anyone staying in Doolin.

It was a pleasure to have your group stay with us and that you got to enjoy the great local surf. For lessons we recommend Ben @ Lahinch Adventures and if you are more skillful there are stunning waves at Doolin Point, Crab Island and Aileen but advanced experience is essential. For Surfers we also have an area in the...

We had two different family rooms. The first was in the building across the road from the main building, the room was great but the bathroom was so tiny. The kitchen in the building was closed which was a pain. We stayed again on return from the Aran islands and this time had a room in the main building, this...

Thank you for your review and for identifying our two room types in our two buildings. Our main building has the cafe, kitchen (open 7.45am-9.30pm) and dining room. The private SUPERIOR rooms are more B&B / Budget hotel in style. Our Annex building has a common area (there is a kitchen but this is only used for group rental the...

The rooms in this hostel are amazing and clean. Beds are comfortable and clean and each bed has a plug and a light each. Toilet is nice and clean. The room is very modern and the views are quite nice and the area is very quiet. The only thing I hated about this hostel is that the living room and...

Stayed here 2 nights on the May Bank Holiday, Found the hostel central to everything, the Cliffs of Moher for a walk and a few Restaurants for food. Anthony and the gang could not have done more to make us feel welcome and although they call this a hostel, we got a private room like a 3 star hotel, highly...

We stayed 2 nights here and loved it. The hostel itself is very well kept (we had a double ensuite and it was like a hotel room!), the staff are really friendly and are happy to recommend things to do in the area, and they put on a free breakfast which was unexpected! The location is excellent, it's right at...

It was a pleasure to read your review this morning and delighted to hear you enjoyed our hostel so much and your Superior double room in the main building. We truly are blessed with the best location in the center of Doolin walking distance to all pubs, restaurants and Aran Island ferries, yet surrounded by green fields of my brothers...

Best Hostel I stayed at in Ireland. This Hostel is amazing. We booked a double superior room and it was awesome. Big, clean bathroom. Comfy, clean beds. The Kitchen is fully stocked and super easy to make meals in. It definitely wasn't a party hostel, which is what we were hoping for. There were families, couples and solo travellers alike....

So truly glad we checked in into this very cute hostel. Great hosts, very fair prices. It's just the atmosphere the guys working there create what makes the difference. Breakfast is simple, nevertheless arranged so much better than in 90% of the hostels. The garden is kept really well and everything from rooms to the little Deli to toilets in...

This was easily the best hostel experience of our trip, in fact we decided to stay an extra night we enjoyed the area so much.
