Hotel's Favourite
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early) so they showed us up to the lounge which was right in front of our room. The view took our breath away. Rice fields, hills and the whole stretch of Selon Belanak beach with its turquoise waters. That was the view from our room, and from the infinity pool. There was a deck with two lounge chairs in front of the room so we had several places we could hang out. Bed was very comfortable as was the extra bed for our daughter. The staff shuttled us to and from the beach or any restaurants we wanted to go to free of charge, which was great because that is one climb up the hill. We had dinner at the hotel one night and while the beach is fine for lunch, I recommend eating dinner at the hotel rather than any of the other handful of choices in town. We tried two of the most highly recommended and they were not as good as Seven Havens' food. Staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. I'd happily return for sure.…

Probably the nicest place my partner & i have ever stayed at! Incredible views of the stunning coastline, never ending peninsulas & mountainous landscape. The rooms & ammentities are immaculate with windows on all sides to soak in the views. The service is next level with Hambali and all the staff happy to help out with everything from amazing food to local surf spots, organising a scooter or recommending beautiful local hidden gems to visit. We can't wait to visit again.

Finding dates for family traveling is difficult since the five of us were busy with our tight schedules. Gratefully, the owner of Seven Haven was patient and found the perfect dates for us after rescheduling a few times. We came with super awe once arriving at the entrance, immediately looking at the freshwater of the swimming pool and beautiful beach from far up the hill. Priceless! We stayed at the Heavenly Haven two-level room, with three extra beds for the kids downstairs. When we were up to the main bedroom, we looked at the view with second awe as it was a dramatic view of the serenity of the sea. We were happy with the warm and friendly hospitality of the staff; contacting them through WA was satisfying with a fast response. The family breakfast and dinner were delightful; we enjoyed the Lombok coffee, fresh tropical fruits, fresh juices, and both pancake and fried rice (not to forget, the fried crispy duck!) The dinner was memorable as the staff put extra effort into decorating the ambiance for the birthday of three of our family members (we love the balloons and flowers!). They came with a lovely birthday cake, as well. It's a delightful intimate family dinner. Talking about the sunrise and sunset, that was another awe! We couldn't get our eyes off the panoramic view. For three nights staying, our souls were showered with so much blessing of tranquility, especially with the adzan of Islamic prayer five times a day, giving a more peaceful feeling to our mind. Thank you, Seven Haven, for the daily dose we enjoyed so much. We will surely come back!…

If I could give minus * for this property I would. It was the worst accommodation we ever had in Indonesia and highly overpriced! It is placed on a steep hill and the road is in unacceptable state - getting there was a nightmare both by car and by scooter. Considering how much they charge per night they should fix it to make guests' experience better. Swimming pool dirty and full of life forms swimming in it, I would not risk getting into it. Do not use their free laundry service - they washed our white linen clothes with black ones and everything returned grey - they completely ruined our clothes! The air con in the room was very badly placed and it did not cool the room. The humidity and mould in the room and bathroom with paint pealing off walls and huge black mould stains in the shower. WIFI almost not existed, very bad quality! They wanted to charge us 170k IDR/day for scooter! Other hotels we stayed in had price of 80k IDR/day. Fortunately we were able to rent a scooter somewhere else. The only good thing is that we stayed only one night in this place and we ran away from there as quickly as possible. Overall very low quality, overpriced place not worth your health, time and money!…

Dear Ms , We are sorry to hear that you had n an unpleasant stay in our establishment. We would like to address several issues that you wrote: 1. One of main reason people chose to stay with us was the amazing view from each rooms and our location is on the hill. The private road going up is indeed steep but within acceptable incline and condition for the experience drivers and we do regular maintenance on the road. 2. Our swimming pool like most of pools in Indonesia used Chlorine and HCL to clean and this conditions will not possible to have a living form in it. What perhaps you saw was water striders that jump and walk on water, which is a very common insects in Indonesia and totally harmless. This is to be expected if you are visiting a place that located in a middle of nature like our place. 3. I am sorry to hear that your clothes was returned grey. We have a laundry form informing clients who using our free laundry service to not give us a new shirt or fancy fabric that easily bleed because we are using household laundry machine and you signed/acknowldege it before you gave us your dirty laundry. 4. We suspect that the aircon setting was changed by the previous guests who stayed before you and our Housekeeping team did not check it and return it to the original setting. We apologize for this oversight. 5. There was no black mold in the room and we have a rammed earth wall. Unlike regular wall, this natural walls is prone to wear and tear but it is part of the charm of rammed earth wall. If you are not used to this material it can leave a negative impressions. 6. We have one of the best WIFI connection in the area and all of our television in the room has Netflix. This would not be possible if we have bad internet connection. 7. The rental scooter is not part of our business, our staff point you to another establishment and you deal directly with them. So this issue is not relevant to our business at all. We sincerely hope the above explanations clears the issues. Once again we apologize if your stays were not satisfactory enough and we always try our best to improve guests satisfaction.

This is my second time stayed at saven havens villa, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at seven havens Lombok. The location is stunning, the view from my room is really spectacular and the villa is just a short distance away from selong belanak beach! The rooms are luxurious and i loved waking up to this amazing view . I need to mention the super comfy beds here, The staff is really helpful and the food tastes delicious. The rooms and view are spectacular. The breakfast is amazing and the service is out of this world. I'm normally not big on hôtel food but this was some of the best food we've had in Lombok so far. Wawan, Yudi, and Hambali together with the entire team went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, provide thoughtful recommendations, help with visa extension and just made our stay one to remember! We hope to be back soon!

The Heavenly Haven suite has modern yet warm and cozy design. It features a private lounge with high-speed Internet access, cable television and DVD player. Going up to the upper level, you will enter capacious sleeping quarters with majestic views all around. Space is equipped with a large and comfortable bed, roomy closet and large mirror. There is a private terrace with sunbeds where you can relax in the sunshine, without being disturbed. The terrace is onlooking the most spectacular landscape and lush infinity pool. The lavish bathroom offers spacious bath for two and separate modern shower. Spacious semi-outdoor living space is right beside the swimming pool, shared with two other suits. Equipped with a cooker, fridge, large preparation area, dining table and also a cozy sofa with coffee table. Large windows provide natural light and a glorious view. Staff of Seven Heaven offered excellent customer service. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed with a personalized letter from the Manager – Wawan. I was also served an ice tea and pisang goreng, a fried banana coated in batter. I felt well looked after, but never disturbed. Personnel can be contacted by WhatsApp and is always ready to assist.
