Detailed Reviews
After the stresses and strains of the past few months we decided to take off on a camping holiday as it is now safe to do so. We had an excellent time in the beautiful Shropshire countryside!
Location
The site is located not to far from Shrewsbury near to the town of Baschurch. It is in a perfect location for exploring Shropshire. We went for a walk in the beautiful Shropshire hills and also went for a lovely walk out of the farm the site is located in across the fields. There was plenty more to explore but unfortunately we only stayed the one night! The site has a stunning views across the fields and is a perfect escape from bustling urban life!
Arrival and Welcome
Felicia, the owner, greeted us from a safe distance when we arrived and gave us information on the Covid safe measures she had put in place and gave us a wiped clean welcome pack full of local information, walking guides and the covid secure info. Felicia was lovely and assured us if there were any issues to just pop her a text.
Facilities
The site has no toilet facilities, but that did not bother us in these times, we just brought our own camping loo and a toilet tent. Each pitch has an electric hookup and water tap. There is a small service area with bins, chemical disposable unit for loo waste (the most immaculately clean one I've ever seen!) and a lovely little shelf with fresh eggs from the farm for sale, cleaning products and fire wood which we purchased to use in the fire pit. All around the service area are cleaning products and hand sanitiser, something which made us feel really comfortable. Only one person is allowed in the service area at a time, which was no problem for us a we luckily had the site all to ourselves!
Conclusion
Overall an amazing one night camping experience in the beautiful Shropshire countryside with a very welcoming host and excellent Covid secure measures. Would recommend to all those wanting to escape it all after a chaotic couple of months.

Spent 1 nught here & each of the 5 pitches get a stunning front view of the fields ahead. So dark & quiet meaning you get such a good sleep. Owner is very friendly & greets you with a warm smile. The only way i think could improve it is a small tiolet.
