Great small lodge, lots of birds on the property. After 3 days we had a list of nearly 70 species. We went out on 3 walks with Robert and several more times out on our own. Great food! Mick and Angie are very knowledgeable and hospitable, able to arrange guide services and local trips. Would definitely stay again, possibly in...

Located on the lake, this is a great place to stay. It feels far removed from all the craziness that goes on in the world. The road coming off the highway into Crooked Tree village is not the best but not the worst either. We had our own vehicle. If you dont have one, the lodge can arrange an airport...

Spent 2 nights at Crooked Tree Lodge. Wonderful tranquil location with warm, caring owners. Cabanas were clean and comfortable. Slept very well. Dinners are not to be missed. Excellent meals!! Nick, Angie and their 3 boys made us feel at home. Saw 40 birds I had never seen before on the 1st day. Highly recommend for both birding and lodging....

While remote, Crooked Tree Lodge is a great choice for people who are there for the star attraction: the birds. Right on the lagoon, it is scenic and comfortable. Our hosts were welcoming and we felt more like friends stopping over for the night. It was easy to arrange birding trips right from the door step. Note: there is no...

Visited here in November, 2016 during the birding offseason. Crooked Tree is listed as the top birding spot in Belize and there are a lot of birds here and great variety. Crooked Tree Lodge is one of the better options in town if not the best. Even during the offseason warblers were everywhere. Parrots flew in and over daily and...

We stayed 3 nights at Crooked Tree Lodge and had a very enjoyable stay. Our cabana was small but very clean. It had two chairs inside, and two on the porch, where we ended up spending a surprising amount of time enjoying the shade and breeze coming off of Crooked Tree lagoon. No A/C but with windows open and a...

My husband and I rented the large cabin at Crooked Tree Lodge for our first night in Belize (May 2016) and in the morning we both wished we had rented the cabin for a much longer stay! The location of Crooked Tree Lodge is absolutely stunning with a large pond in front and a smaller pond on the side. There...

This year was the third time my husbad and I started our Belize trip with a stay at Crooked Tree Lodge; I neglected to write a review last year, but everything was great again, hence our return at the end of March. We got a warm welcome from Angie and Mick and a hot one from the weather (99.9F). Thankfully,...

When ever we travel to Belize, we stay at Crooked Tree Lodge for a couple of reasons; we have friends who live in the Village, and the bird photography opportunities are outstanding. Mick and Angie Webb own and manage this facility. It sits right on the Lagoon, facing east for some awesome views of sunrises. There are 5 cabanas adjacent...

Mick and Angie do an outstanding job of welcoming and accommodating their guests at their Eco-friendly Lodge. The Morning bird watching trip with Glenn is NOT to be missed!! The location is idyllic, the cabins are comfortable and clean, and the grounds are peaceful and serene.
