We had the best stay here and wish we had booked longer than the 2 nights. Clean, airy and bright rooms set in 2 acres - the breakfast was wonderful along with the views and the hostess was lovely and friendly. Such a peaceful place with free park and ride close by. The Jacuzzi is AMAZING! We booked 2 hours...

Stayed here for 2 nights in May. Stayed in a family room as we are a family of 3. Room very clean and tidy and plenty big enough for us. Great selection for breakfast, the cooked breakfast both mornings was very nice. We really enjoyed the stay, my young daughter did especially, the animals and picnic area behind the cottages...

We came away for a short stay so we could spend the weekend in York. Had the most amazing & relaxing stay. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, the lavender room was absolutely spotless & very cosy! The animals were very cute too! Beautiful cottage accommodation (with extra touches) & really lovely lady owner....

Stayed over here whilst attending a relatives wedding in York. The breakfast was first class, the room was comfortable and well equipped and obviously well looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A really lovely b and b, with comfortable and well equipped bedroom and en suite, and very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay here again. Very easy place to find, with plenty of off street parking. Just put the postcode, and you'll get there with no problem.

Very nice room with ensuing wet room. Room very well equipped. Host was very helpful and breakfast offered plenty of choice. Really handy for popping into York and visiting the sounding area. Only issue was the noise from the traffic but it didn't stop us from having a nice relaxing break.

We searched for a cozy b&b to get away to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and booked the Fifth Milestone Cottage. And what a treat! The place is very homely and our room was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for Terri the owner. We booked the hot tub for our anniversary and had the optional champagne & fruit platter....
