We booked a double room with french bed to my question if there was air conditioning in the rooms I was told yes (I have screenshots of the conversation that prove it). I still phone the Owner when I could cancel without penalty and I am told that there is air conditioning in the rooms. We arrive and we are allocated a room with 2 separate single beds without air conditioning I ask why and the Owner replies that air conditioning is not present in the room and that it is not his fault if it is hot outside. He refuses to give me a fan. I travel 7 km to find phone signal to contact the customer support of the site from which I had booked because then the Owner refuses to provide the wifi password. I stay in the country to resolve the matter until midnight and only upon return or midnight I am given the wifi password. We only stayed one night and in 30 years that trip has never happened to me something like this
