Very good budget place, dorm places available but also single/double room. Bathroom in the courtyard which makes it a little challenging at night and when cold. The hosts are great people with an immense knowledge of the region and the city. They will be precious in helping you organising further trips in the region whatever through their services or not.

The hostel was very nice- the hosts very friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean. The location was a bit out of the center so it was quieter at night. There is free coffee and tea at all hours and plenty of space to relax.

The hostel is situated in a quiet avenue with really nice houses. It takes 10 to 15 minutes by walk to get to the center. (By the way: The woman who works at the Tourist information center is really nice and helpful. And the restaurant next to it called Art house has also pretty nice stuff, a relaxed atmosphere and... Location is okay, hostel self is outdated. Wifi isn't working most of the time. Dorm can't be locked, no lockers available. Therefore a sign that the hostel isn't responsible for the property of the guests. Strange situation. The price isn't okay for what you get. Time to reconsider their Lonely Planet notification, because that's the reason they become so many... More

I stayed at the Zugdidi Hostel for one night in May 2015. I had a single room. A bit unpleasant was, that I had to cross the dorm to get to the toilet and shower. For me, that was not a big problem, but I did not want to disturb the sleep of the guests in the dorm. For accomodation... More

My husband and I used Zugdidi Hostel as a base for three weeks and we plan to return here in September for a month. The hostel has a friendly environment, lovely garden and decent internet connection. It's an easy, straightforward walk from the city centre. The best thing is Maria and the welcoming atmosphere she creates. She's a well of... More

I had a little bit of trouble finding the hostel as while it is reasonably central (maybe a 10 minute walk from the centre, further from the railway station because that's the other side of the centre), I was expecting something a bit more central and started to think I'd got lost when I walked through the centre and out... “There are to dorm rooms , one quite large with about 15 plus bunks and a smaller room with about 4 bunks , plus one private room that sleeps 2 , but the bed is so large you could get 3 in it if you are okay with that.”
