I am staying in a caravan on the 'Hollie' site and it is amazing, I was instantly in love with the living room and kitchen, it is impeccable and so spacious. The room I am staying in is a tad small but the bed is so comfy. The Pub/restaurant is so welcoming and warm. I am looking forward for my... More

Amazing location, amazing room, amazing food and amazing staff. The manageress was really great, went well over and above and made our stay perfect. It was our first trip away with our 8 month old daughter and there was no stress at all, we all just had a wonderful time. Our room was stunning too (room 1) with the most... More

We stayed here for bed and breakfast. The room was very nice and comfortable with nice bathroom and toiletries. We had a nice drink in the bar. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The hotel had been very nicely renovated and the hotel had a very nice feel about it. The surroundings of the hotel is idyllic and although... More

Stayed here recently overnight. Staff amazingly helpful and welcoming. Lots of local knowledge. Setting of the hotel incredible - lovely comfortable and intimate feel . Rooms remarkable in size , views, spectacular. Breakfast a real treat - all the touches were Welsh - slate place mats, all condiments locally sourced, full Welsh breakfast filled the plate and the kippers were so... More

Stayed here for 1 night this weekend with my husband and our 2 year old son. We had been camping in Capel Curig the night before and were very damp and windswept. We asked the staff if we could get into our room early (about 4 hours early!) and they rushed to get it cleaned and ready for us. The... More

Stayed with my wife for a midweek break. Staff friendly and welcoming. Tastefully renovated to a high standard maintaining the charm and ambience of the old Hall. Many hidden treasures walking around the site. Superb food with the breakfast with a visit alone! Excellent base for visiting Snowdonia and local area. Will certainly return and highly recommended.

Booked this on a late deal and really pleased we did. What a lovely hotel, set out of the way but this was actually part of its appeal. Beautifully maintained grounds and fantastic views off the terrace to surrounding mountains. Really friendly staff who were polite and happy to help. We ate in the restaurant and the food was an... Excellent Sunday lunch, very fresh and plenty of choice, served by lovely staff. Restaurant and grounds are beautiful. A lovely dining experience. We did not book, just turned up and although they were full after a short wait in a quaint bar found us a window table in main restaurant.

Although this hotel is set in a caravan park the woodland surroundings create a sense of a more rural location. The hotel setting at the top of the hill is quite sublime. The room although compact was comfortable and fully equipped. The food was very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and attentive, although I had a slight issue... More
