The room was very clean if a little small, there was some noise (creaking) from the room above when people were moving around but then this is a cottage so probably what should be expected. The shower room was spacious. We would have preferred tea/coffee making facilities in the room instead of having to go out to the breakfast room...

We stayed here for one night and had the downstairs room. The room was clean but it was a bit small for the two of us and also as we were downstairs we could here everything the guests did or everytime they moved upstairs! Breakfast was good and the owner was friendly, however due to the noise from the guests...

What a great cottage. I never really took to B&B accomodation before but was bowled over by Paula and her cottage. The room was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was spacious and well kitted out. We loved that everything was fresh and organic, none of the pre packed consumer goods. It really seemed as though a lot of thought and...

Really enjoyed my stay here. Excellent sleep. Cute and lovely B and B with a fantastic breakfast. Good location only 2 miles from the nearest ferry as well as being relatively close to the beaches around that area.

We loved this place. Paula is very considerate and interested but not intrusive and the house has a lovely arty feel. My wife had the Power Porridge (includes a fruit salad cum compote) which was the best she'd ever had. At this time of year, though, very few places to eat! Thank goodness for the pasties at Croft 36.

Great B&B to stay while in Isle of Harris run by a very helpful owner. Nice, modern room and ensuite with very comfortable bed and good facilities for making tea/coffee etc. As soon as we arrived the owner offered to phone and book our meal for us, which was just as well as the Anchorage is a busy place! The...

A B&B that allows dogs. Great. But then you have to take off your shoes...What is that all about? Also we have me my mum and dad and my dads mother and father. And a dog. So you'd expect it would be me my mum my dad and the dog seen as though the dog is ours, but no, the...

What a delightful B&B. Attention to detail is apparent in every comfort catered for. Paula's breakfast was delicious and she was so helpful. Very handy for ferry at Leverburgh and the outstanding beauty of Harris. We eat at the Anchorage in Leverburgh which is close and delicious.

A warm welcome from Paula to her delightful Cottage. Very clean and comfortable Bedroom with a nice sitting room as well. Breakfasts were exceptional. She also made us a lovely packed lunch for our St. Kilda Trip as well as arranging an early Breakfast. Would recommend highly.

We stayed for 1 night in the first week of August 2016. The cottage is fantastic. We had a great ensuite room and we were made to feel very welcome. We had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this to anyone travelling Harris.

“The area is very quiet and peaceful even though the main road passes by just outside, but If you're a light sleeper, it might be an idea to ask for the room either just inside the front door or the room upstairs as there is a bit of a creaking in the room through the lounge from the floor above. A bit cosy, but might be somewhat annoying if the people staying above are on a walk about much of the time spent in the room.”
