I decided to stay for the second time, last time in 2016 I visited alone and this time with my family and had a lovely time. The Triple room was slightly of a shorter size but the Bathroom was good. also had all the Luxuries and amenities every traveler needs. The Hotel has a beautiful Water Complex with a Pool, Jacuzzi , Spa etc. The breakfast served on the 17th floor was scrumptious. the Hotel lacks the facility of a Gym and also need to Double Glaze windows as since its located on 17 Shahrivar Main Road you'll hear a lot of Traffic noise which feels unpleasant especially during the nights.
The Hotel Provides a Shuttle Service to and from Imam Reza Shrine in designated hours.
The Staff of the Hotel is also Cooperative and courteous

We stayed in this hotel for three nights, the food was varied and delicious, the staff were very polite and kind. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and there was a free service to the holy shrine.
Everything is wonderful!
I will definitely choose this hotel in my next trips to Mashhad.

Si Noor Hotel is a five-star hotel located in the tourist-pilgrimage city of Mashhad in the north-east of Iran, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the shrine of Imam Reza (the eighth Imam of Shia Muslims). It has a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Facilities such as billiard room, swimming pool and coffee shop are available inside the hotel along with taxi and airport transfer. The hotel restaurant is located on the 17th floor, the highest floor of the hotel.

The noise in this hotel is i credible, I was jumping in the middle of night with sound of heavy trucks passing by and horning. So if you are looking for peace that is not definitely a place to rest! Second issue is the dishonesty of the managers. They just only have loyalty to the owner of the hotel to maximize his profit at any cost. Imagine you pay for a service and commodity , but that those are not rendered! We paid for buffet , but the first two days we had to order from menu. The food extremely salty and the rice for lunch time uncooked why? Because they wanted to use the left over for the following day. I have a proof fo this. For lunch the soup had the proper viscosity , but night time so watery and salty. Why they add so much salt? Because salt makes you full and you no longer will be able to eat. This is disgusting and horrible. This type of business is shameful!

Our stay at the Sinoor was pleasant overall. Rooms were large, spacious and clean and some have views of the Haram. Certainly by Iranian standards, the rooms are modern and better than most in the city.
The hotel is located behind Bazaar e Redha which has many shops selling spices, clothes and gemstones. It also surrounded by little convince stores and more clothes shops. From the Haram it is a fairly long walk (minimum 20 mins) but taxis are cheap and plentiful.
The restaurant on the top floor serves breakfast, which had all the usual Iranian affair and dinner was also good. The hotel also has a wonderful coffee shop which makes fantastic milkshakes, teas and coffees, at a very reasonable cost.
The only major flaw with the Sinoor is some of its reception staff: they were rude and inhospitable (though all other staff were pleasant).

Our 4 person family stayed at this hotel for just 4 nights. The staff was very courteous and polite, specially reservation counter. The hotel breakfast had a variety of foods and even a made-to-order omelet bar and is served on the 16th floor with great views of the surrounding city (including the shrine). We were in a full board stay in this hotel which had a very excellent service in lunch and dinner at 17th floor with very beautiful panorama view of the city. A variety of delicious fantastic food and dishes and a very gentleman manager who was very polite and customer oriented. Another traditional Iranian restaurant with a roof garden nearby on the 3rd floor, was available, but we did not use it( It had a separated service). They have an indoor pool with specific hours for men and women except on Sat. because of cleaning. There are also table tennis ,Billiards and Snooker, and Table football near pool site .All rooms have modern toilets. There are amenities as said before in their guiding booklets like WiFi, mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks and an electric tea kettle and tea bags and cups a flat screen TV,etc. all in a good situation. The room also had a hair dryer, toothbrushes and toothpaste, emergency sew kit, shampoo, shower cap and soap. They only give one key card per room. This hotel is just a few years old and within walking (about 25-30 minutes) distance to the Imam Reza shrine, but hotel van services are ready to go for some determined times during the day(round way). It was a nice trip for me and specially for my children who they didn't want to go out of hotel. I recommend everyone to stay at this very nice and comfortable hotel if they want to have a trip to Mashhad Iran.

I will make this short:
It's location is 15 mins from the holy shrine. It's about 3 mins by taxi. It's a big 13 level hotel. They always have someone who speaks Arabic or English. The rooms are clean with maids cleaning daily. You get the usual amenities of western style bathroom and toiletries. My bedroom was about 9ft x 25ft.
The staff are helpful. There is no gym. They have a pool. The daily breakfast is good. There is a massive selection of food. Get there by 8.30am to avoid the rush. The reservation system is weird. You have to pay in advance. Cash only at this hotel.
Internet is spotty but like I said, this is not the Hinton or Marriot. I paid roughly $80 per night for a 2 bed unit. They charge by the # of travelers, not room.
If you are here to see the shrine, request a room with a shrine view.

Large, well run super hotel located a 15min walk/5 min taxi ride from Holy Shrine. Some English speaking staff. Bulit in a glitzy arab style , good for western travel who need creature comforts. Huge food selections at meal times. Pleasant reception staff.Expect to pay western rates. Wifi connection delay at times.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and it was a pleasure. A clean upmarket establishment comparable to a four star plus by Western standards. The surprise this time was the value. We had a triple room with dinner and breakfast. Both were buffet with incredible spread. I recommend this place.
