I cant think of the receptionist's name but it was something like Coralee. She handled walk-in guests at the same time as serving guests at the bar. I have never seen someone so efficient. I am particularly happy because she gave us a room with a view over the whole town and the mountains in the background. All the historic...

We arrived after long drive from Geneva Airport. Friendly welcome Room was very clean but small especially toilet. All meals are buffet style . Breakfast was ok but hot food disappointing and cold, dinner was much better. We enjoyed the sauna and excellent hot Chocolate. Location is excellent near to lift to slopes This is really a good 3 star hotel

An experience of for stars. A very nice bedroom, clean and comfortable, a very nice staff. Good location in the city centre, nice view of the old town. A very good breakfast with fresh products. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and very professional staff, Around 80 Eur for a 4 star hotel is not bad, specially, with tax and breakfast included, (very good choice of food and quality) definitely an excellent deal, I recommend it and that is my hotel if I go to Briancon :-)

We recently spent 2 weeks in the French Alps, most of it travelling on a group tour. Our 2 night stay at the Parc Hotel was the least enjoyable of nine hotels and lodges. It is centrally situated and night time noise emanating from central park partiers continued well past midnight. There is no air-conditioning so the windows had to...

Centrally placed, efficient check-in procedure, comfortable bed. Secure parking area was nothing more than a small piece of land open to the public. Our Superior Room was very small, with no proper desk and limited storage space. The bath was Napoleon-sized, that is to say, very small. The hotel fronted on to a small park where the local down-and-outs hang...

Arrived in Briancon with no reservation. Found Parc Hotel easily because of its excellent prominent position. Easy check in. The room had a bath which was great after a day's driving. the room was comfortable and the self service breakfast was excellent.

Check-in was not the friendliest. We asked about parking and were told that we had not reserved a place in the hotel parking, so had to find a spot somewhere nearby. The hotel is far from the town's historic centre. Hotel could have warned us about the Sunday market on the street and the risk of being towed if parked...

Excellent location in center of town. Rooms are very small, and bathroom configuration is a little odd. Separate toilet room the size of broom closet, almost impossible to use toilet without banging yourself on tp holder. I bruised myself running into a doorknob as there are so many doors at entrance of room. No air conditioning and when we were...

The hotel is modern and lacking in character and relatively expensive for what it is. The rooms are fairly small but comfortable enough. The hotel is right in the centre of town so convenient for other facilities. We wanted to watch one of the games in Euro 2016 on the TV, but they could't show it so we had to...
