We are sorry about the kettle in your room, that room has now been completely gutted and redecorated with new bathroom - we found out after your stay the fuse had gone but no one mentioned it so unfortunately we wasn't aware of the problems during your stay. We offer a selection of steaks ranging from a 12oz Minute -...

We only phoned on the off-chance that a table would be free. Were we pleased that there was. The quality of the food was excellent. The beef was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth, all of the vegetables (and there were plenty) were perfect, and extra gravy was brought to the table without having to ask. We opted for...

This is the third time we have stayed at The Crown Inn Keynsham as the location is so convenient and it is great value for money. We had a function to go to close by and stayed in a recently redecorated and refurnished room. We were impressed as soon as we opened the door as the room was very well...

Having recently stayed in the crown after a emergency I can say that the service food and friendly staff made our short stay so enjoyable. The slight downside was the bedroom it was clean tidy and very warm even though the weather outside was freezing. The bedroom was in need of some TLC with regard to the furnishings and paintwork...

We booked one night at this dreadful place through booking.com. Upon arrival the manager Dean had no recollection of our booking which was slightly worrying. Eventually after 10 minutes or...

Naomi, I am sorry you misunderstood our conversation about the room. The standard family room (priced at £90 per night, based on 4 people) wasn't up to your expectations. The NEWLY decorated room has two fire alarms, one for smoke and one for heat. If anyone had of smoked in the room the alarm would of gone off and we...

A good sized en-suite room, very cold and above the microphone in the main bar - not great on karaoke night, but would have been loud on any event night. Not a comfortable night at all, too cold to use the bathroom at any time. Location good for access to Bath or Bristol Wifi worked Great!
