My wife and I stayed at the Grassmere Court for eight nights, this was our second visit and once again it was an enjoyable visit. All the staff were very friendly and our room on the ground floor was clean, comfortable and quiet with a large bathroom. We had breakfast each day, which was excellent. We also had dinner on...

Lovely breakfast. Great help given my last minute.com booking. Really nice big room. Faultless. Would definitely stay. Immaculate digs for travellers business folk and workers alike. No issues and could not have been nicer. Breakfast spot on

On arrival staff polite & welcoming. Room was basic but it was tidy. Mattress a little hard for my liking but by the 3rd night was getting used to it. Food was cooked to order and servings more than ample and cooked lovely. Breakfast a slight hiccup on first morning ordered tea with food and it didn't arrive. The only...

We stayed here on 25th Feb for 1 night. We had to pay in advance - something I have never had to do before. The room was tiny, the bathroom was big but there was mould in the shower. And there was a disposable razor left on top of the shower unit from some previous client so the room obviously...

I stayed at this hotel on the 4th Feb 2017 for the night Room was smaller than I expected as we were in the attic room (20) After parking the car like the other guest in the car park we were asked to move our car to face the road which we did. From our room you could hear the...

This is an older property. The owners have invested substantially of late - the place is newly redecorated, re-carpeted and re-equipped. We also found it spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and pleasant; we had no causes for real complaint, but there were a few issues...... A new boiler had been fitted recently and the hot water was scaldingly hot....

Well where to start. I payed £70 per night for room 3 a small double which was more than suitable for me. The breakfast however was below my expectations so only ate here once. The hunters chicken evening meal was almost thrown at me by the young obviously inexperienced waitress overall the meal was good. They were more interested in...

Stayed at The Grasmere court one night over the Christmas period. Our room was small, en suite shower room was tiny with a window ventilation flap that 'flapped' all night, noisy from traffic and people staying in neighbouring rooms. But, the room was clean and bed comfortable, so for one night we didn't ask to move. Disappointed to find that...
