Exceptional stay thanks to the welcome of our hosts. Very beautiful, spacious room, impeccably clean, carefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the valley.
The meals served were very generous, prepared with love, with farm products.
The warm atmosphere during meals taken together was very appreciable.
If you pass by don't miss this magical place.
We will also remember from this stay, the great sensitivity and kindness of Jacqueline and Mario our hosts.

Husband and I stopped here while walking the Chemin Stevenson. We had a very clean, spacious, well decorated room with a large modern bathroom in this beautiful old house. All very simple but much better than most of the accommodation on the route. Very comfortable bed and good linen- we slept very well. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious and our hosts were charming. Mario helped us to arrange a taxi which we needed. A great stopover which I'd recommend to anybody.

This was one of the best places we stayed at on the GR70. It is in a small village called Finiels, which is before you reach Le Pont Montvert on the trail. The rooms were spotlessly clean, light, airy and well laid out. The hostess, Jacqueline was rather reserved but she did give us an excellent 5 course dinner with ingredients which were freshly picked from her garden. The aperitif before dinner was a lovely touch and we had an animated conversation with a French couple over dinner. I loved the delicious fresh salad picked straight from her garden and the homemade sausages were very tasty. As we had a long walk the next day we arranged a lift with Mario to Le Pont Montvert to shorten our walk to Florac. We obviously paid him for this but were happy to do so, as no taxi was available. He was very friendly and when one of our party left her mobile behind he arranged to put it in our luggage which was still to be collected by a transfer company.
