I’ve been working here as a maid for a year and a half and I’m truly Blessed to work here. The new owners are AWESOME people ,they have done a lot to the motel, their goal is to make costumers feel Safe, Comfortable and feel like you are home away from home. I will highly recommend this Motel

Stayed here recently while taking a family weekend away in the outdoors. Apparently there are new owners who are SO sweet and really trying to make the motel even nicer. The rooms are good for the value and ours came with a huge TV. Location is close to amazing hiking and fishing which we did. The owners also made a fire pit in the back so a few of the guests sat outside at night which we thought was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you need to save money but still want to be in the area!

Great stay for the price and the rooms were very nice. Maybe some faster WiFi would do but I mean the whole reason of staying at a motel is not to sit around. The location is great as there’s a resort called mountain creek near by.

I stayed at this motel for one night on 12/1/2021. I chose this motel because it accepts pets. Upon checked in, I noted a posted notice not to drink the water because of E Coli contamination in one of the properties wells. Since it was detected over a month ago, I was surprised that the web site or office made no mention of the fact when I made my reservation. The toilet in my room would only completely flush if the handle was held down for the entire flush. And the worst part was that I discovered the shower didn't work on the morning of departure. It appeared a lever was missing to divert the water from the tub to the shower. When I attempted to call the office, I received a recorded message stating that the office opened at 9:00 and if I was a guest staying at the hotel to call the emergency number posted on the back of the room door. There was no emergency number to be found on the door or anywhere else in the room so help was totally unavailable and taking a shower was out.

Dear Guest, It appears that you found many persieved issues. Let us respond: 1. The "missing" shower lever: wrong statement. The water diverter is not an "up" or "down" lever little stick, but a round ring at the end of the bath faucet where you can pull it out or in for water to be diverted to the shower above. We are surprised that you could not figure it out as you are the first guest that stayed in that room and could not see it. 2. The water IN THE WELL contaminated with Ecoli: correct. As many properties in rural area having the same issue we were obligated to post the notice. The notice however does not state that room's water was contaminated with Ecoli. You and other guests do not drink water directly from the well. Water from the well goes through state of the art chlorinator and disinfection steps. The water samples in the rooms tested by the outside laboratory on a recurrent basis. We NEVER had Ecoli in the rooms which can be confirmed by local Health Department. We are currently having even more modern system- UV system. 3. The toilet water: statement is correct. As an environmentally conscious facility we want to minimize the drinking water wasted on our planet. The toilet water is the same water that went through rigorous UV disinfection. The toilet handle should be held as long as needed to flush. Some flush is short and some may use more water, hence your statement is correct. 4. The office opening at 9am and availability of emergency number: you are correct. The number was posted on the back of the door, unfortunately previous guest removed the flier. We apologize for any inconvenience. Calling twice to the office number would do the trick as call would go to the emergency dispatcher immediately.

The room smelled of cat pee. The heat wasn't working in the dead of winter. The rooms are dark and gross. The water is not drinkable. Horrible customer service. I will never waste my money there again and I suggest you stay away!

Our family of four stayed here this past weekend. The room was very comfortable and clean. Decorations made it very cozy and an oversized tv was a huge plus. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The grounds are very well kept with flowers everywhere. There’re two fire pits. The location is great with many nice restaurants, parks, and a water park nearby.

The Rolling Hills Motel is one of the best places my family has ever stayed at! We had a wedding in the area and needed a few rooms to stay.The owner Nicole was the greatest she was totally awesome.She made all and every accommodations we needed.The rooms were so clean,cozy and comfortable.The atmosphere at the the property was so peaceful and quiet.Absolutely beautiful! I look forward to staying again in the winter time for sledding and tubing season!

We stayed here for three days and we had the best time. A lots of trails in the area, also Mountain Creek is very close. Motel was very clean. People work there are awesome, helpful, understanding and co-operative. I would highly recommend this Motel. Rates that would meet anyone's needs. We will go there again.

I stayed here last weekend for a solo get away to visit the beautiful scenery close by. The motel was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly and accommodated all my needs! The new owners have made this motel so cozy, welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are great, very clean and have a huge TV in them! Overall I had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in NJ and do some exploring.

If you're staying in the Branchville NJ area, stay at the Rollin Hills Motel. The owner is GREAT, very sweet and can't do enough for her guests. The rooms are newly remodeled and look beautiful. Prices are reasonable. I will ONLY stay there when in the area.
