We start with the telephone booking, we are sent the best quote only for a prestige room, only after accepting the quote, I discover from the site that there were also other (cheaper) possibilities. (my prestige room did not have a hydro-massage shower). I add half board. The day before the stay I receive a phone call in which I am offered a special dinner with an additional cost of a certain amount of euros. I'm giving this hotel two stars because staff were friendly on arrival and the shower in the room is fantastic. They also gave a small bag of treats on Easter Saturday.
However I was disappointed for three reasons-
1. You are not allowed to use the swimming pool- you should be informed of this before booking and not when you arrive, this is false advertising. I wanted to stay somewhere with a pool.
2. The location isn't great, I recommend staying in Cagliari. On my last night I was told that I'd have to get a taxi to the airport the next day- for €139! I ended up getting my own taxi for €70, they said it was because it was during the holidays.
3. A lot of tours don't take place in low season and I had to find and book tours myself.
I wouldn't stay again.

We were guests of the hotel for just over a week but immediately we found kindness and helpfulness from all the staff. From the moment of Reservation having difficulties one line the receptionist with whom I spoke Thomas was super nice and took care of everything. The first thanks goes to him. The absolutely clean structure and also the attentive and courteous room service. Then we arrive with regard to the restaurant and bar that really say all fantastic welcoming immediately made us feel at home pampered and followed in all our requests, ironic. I absolutely want to thank in a special way the Claudie, Mirko, Claudio il maitre, Giovanni il Barman, Matta and Chef Federico who created really delicious dishes and beautiful to see because even the eye wants its part. I enjoyed this hotel for a week. We had a great time and I must say that overall everything went beyond our expectations. Convenient underground parking in the shade, always available. The whole structure is spotless, congratulations to those who take care of it. Breakfast, you can do it early in the morning, is complete with everything and varies from day to day. We also tried dinner in two circumstances, the quality is great, perhaps the service a little slow. The bright and spacious room, we had a triple with balcony and it was perfect.
