Just the sort of place you hope to find on a cold winter evening. A warm cozy bar with a great looking menu. We loved our evening here. The proprietors know how to run a fine establishment providing a small but tempting choice with aplomb. They don't overstretch themselves, ensuring everything is perfect. Front of house and kitchen working like...

The Struy Inn is a nice and cozy place. We were a party of 4 and had a fantastic evening. The food was fresh, delicious and very tasty. Before our starter we had some lovely own made bread from the house. From the friendly welcome by Karen and Jim to the end of the evening all was perfect and relaxing....

The Struy is a real hidden gem. Set near stunning Glen Affric yet not far from Inverness its a real treat. The restaurant is small yet perfect. Jim the chef produces food with locally sourced ingredients which is truly outstanding. The steak is the best I've ever had but the version is sublime too. Please leave room for the outstanding...

We had a delicious Christmas dinner at the Struy Inn, whilst staying at Eagle Brae. We went with friends, who were staying in another lodge, and had a thoroughly relaxing Christmas Day. The Inn is very cosy ( log fire blazing ), and Karen and Jim were splendid hosts. The food was delicious, quite the best Christmas pudding which I...

Any one intending to visit Glen Affric or surrounding area should really consider staying at the Struy Inn if they get the opportunity. The Struy Inns owners Jim and...

We ate here 18/9/15. We had an enjoyable experience, although there was only 2 couples in the restaurant. The owners were very friendly. The food was good. Would return next time we stay at Eagle Brae. It is reasonably expensive and a mixed menu would encourage more people including locals to eat here. It is a pity the Bar is...

We have been in the area over 30 years and have seen the Struy thru many different owners and this is the best by far. The food rivals anything in Inverness and we keep going back and recommending to friends. The sea bass, which I wil have again tonight is outstanding. A very welcome change from the usual country food...

We were staying at nearby Eagle Brae and stopped here for a couple of drinks. A very nice, quaint atmosphere and we very much enjoyed our convivial chat with the friendly and welcoming owners. We did promise we would return to eat, but other things took over and this never happened. Maybe next time. I understand the owners are new,...
