I always stay with an IHG hotel due to my membership perks. And each time, the IHG brand delivers. I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 A.M. after traveling all day the previous day. I was only expecting to drop off my bags after my long flight. Instead, the Holiday Inn Carnixade allowed me to check into my room an entire 5 hours early. Thank you for such kind hospitality.

Not my first visit, on this hotel and again all good the price was good, not like other places in Lisbon, that are super expensive The breakfast aint amazing, but it fits the basic needs Staff is polite and super friendly I will return for sure

All the staff, particularly those on reception were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well organised with a good selection on offer. We will use the hotel again on the next visit to Lisbon.

We always stay in the center of town as a rule and stayed here with a soccer team. The location works surprisingly well. Day 1 we took tubers for two round trips to town and it was 20 dollars each round trip. The rides were quick and easy and the drivers were great and we got a better view as well. Given the value of the hotel price, it's a bargain and works great. The service is awesome and breakfast solid. Hotel and rooms clean and comfortable. Beds are firm. All in all, we'd do it again. We have a car and parking is easy but we just left the car parked for the most part.

Hotel located in an industrial area, but nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop for Lisbon, right in front of the hotel. Lisbon by bus during about 20 minutes. Advice: buy your drinking water from store, because at hotel reception desk is quite expensive.

Hello dear, I believe there is a shuttle service but I'm not sure about the times is running at as I was picked up by friends on my arrival.
The reception is 24hrs so you can call them directly and ask.

Our parking have a cost of 9€ per day , or 0.60€ per Hour betwin 8AM and 8PM and 0.35€ per Hour betwin 8PM and 8AM.
From our hotel to the city by car is around 20 min.

En primer lugar queremos dar las gracias por la preferencia en nuestro hotel.
Usted tiene dos opciones para llegar desde el hotel hasta el centro de Lisboa.
Una opción es tomar el autobús número 714, que tarda cerca de 45 minutos al centro de la ciudad, y luego caminar 10 minutos a pie. También puede tomar el autobús número 13, que tarda cerca de 15 minutos para el Marques de Pombal, y luego caminar unos 10 minutos a pie.
La otra opción es una empresa de taxi, directamente desde el hotel hasta la plaza de Rossio.
