This place is beautiful, great staff, tons of helpful advice of what to do in minca and a lovely set up. However, we were not backpackers so a few things to note. We have the best room, the mirador, however it gets pretty warm up...More
We stayed three nights at Casa Loma.
I would recommend this place for budget travelers, particularly if you like connecting to young fellow backpackers.
The atmosphere is very communal and mellow, probably helped by the conscious decision to not have WiFi.

Yea I think there are! You'll have to have a private single/ double suite though I imagine. If the suitcase is small then you'll have no problem but I wouldn't bring a big one - much easier to bring a small backpack and leave your big case at the hostel you were in before. I also don't think I saw anyone that you could pay to help but might be wrong. Enjoy!
