Booked here for our 20 year anniversary. Had the executive room with jacuzzi bath. Fantastic room and ate in the main restaurant which was very good. Service was excellent and fast. Very reasonably priced to. Felt very welcome when arrived to when we left. Would highly recommend and will be back

This is a very popular venue, sitting at the side of the Lancaster canal, the car park gets full even with ample parking so it's fair to expect to struggle if you arrive too late in the day! The bar area is extensive as is the range of beers available, the bar menu is well priced with a good range...

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend. They had fun on for all! The location is superb, right on the canal. We ate in both restaurants and also had breakfast. Good portions but we found in the main restaurant that the food and drinks there were more expensive than the main bar and their menu. The rooms could also...

Guys is an extremely popular place and always seems to be busy, especially in the evenings, but this is part of the problem. Attention to detail and overall service levels are not good. The tables are close together, giving the feeling of being crammed in, and the quality of the food is variable. My "Guys Pot" - a concoction of...

The food is brought to the table very prompt and always hot and of a great standard. We have never had a bad experience here and would strongly recommend it. There is also a 50/50 deal...

We got there at 2pm to check in and struggled to find a parking spot due to the cricket match being on - checked into our room and we found it was very basic - extremely old fashioned carpet however it was clean . The bed was the type that folds away into a cupboard and was not very comfy....

Awful food. Raw pizza, meat on vegetarian pizza, bland lasagne and vile pasta dishes. Even the garlic bread was terrible. Disappointed as it used to be a fav. Took 15 mins to speak to management who did not care as the bill had been paid. Terrible evening, such a shame.

There is a good vibe about this place, the service is quick, the food is good not great but is great value for good Italian food. The place is always busy, so always book, the Pizza`s are the best, but then again all the food we had was good and that was 4 of us for starters and main course.
