    Peaceful location, good landlord who keeps good beer and employs excellent and friendly staff. A busy atmosphere with visitors and locals.     Yes, I believe so. When we visited one of the other diners had a dog with them. Admittedly, I think they are a local and frequent visitor but I don't see why they would treat them differently.

    I have seen dogs in the bar but I think it is between the land lord and guests it's best to ring first .
